Excellent location with friendly staff who are always happy to help. The location is fantastic for my purposes—halfway between Glasgow and Edinburgh—so it's very convenient. I stay here for work in the local area, so it suits me well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but feel incredibly dated, with only two standard mains plugs and switch lamps at the bedside. There’s no main ceiling light, and the bedside switches only operate the light near the door, not the bedside lamps, which can be a bit frustrating. Tea and coffee are provided, but you have to search for them, and with only two sockets, you have to give one up if you want to use the kettle. It’s not ideal if you need to charge or use a phone and laptop, and there are no bedside sockets or power points. It’s 2024, so bedside power feels like a standard, and it would be nice not to need an extension lead just to charge devices and make a cup of tea.The attached restaurant is also overpriced, but again, the staff were friendly most of the time. I’d stay here again, but I’d probably skip the restaurant next time.

A very reasonably priced, clean, compact hotel with great staff and high service standards. We booked at short notice and were in rooms outside the main building. Access to our accommodation was largely unlit. …

First night stop on our NC500 adventure. Lovely hotel, warm welcome. We had one room in the annexe which was fine and a really nice room in the hotel. A nice bar to chill in after our long drive.  …

It is conveniently located by the motorway but set back on it's own land with ample car parking. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good too. Would I stay there again ? Yes .

Stayed on an overnight trip around Scotland, nice size room, all facilities were acceptable. Quiet area and good sleep quality too, I had 2 single beds though and as a 6 foot guy I always freak out and think I'll fall out.. But it was fine. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were cool. Parking was safe and it was a nice stay..

Hotel is tired and dated. Think old granny house and the room smelt like this only with the added smell of damp. The window was broken in the room which possibly added to the extra noise from the nearby motorway. …

Grange Manor in Grangemouth offers a convenient location, just off the motorway, making it an easy stop for travelers. There’s ample parking available, which is always a plus, and the onsite restaurant serves decent food—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying after a long day.The room I stayed in was clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room itself felt a bit dated, with a squeaky floor and a window that didn’t close properly, allowing some noise from the motorway to filter in.Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for convenience and comfort, though a few updates would certainly enhance the experience.
