Another lovely stay at Sandyhill. Ideal location for our needs. Lovely room, lots of light, clean, spacious and comfortable. Had all we needed. Will return again...!!

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The check Inn was smooth with a key box . The fridge with a complimentary bottle of wine, milk and Welsh cakes was a very nice welcoming touch. It certainly made us feel more relaxed. The location is great as we felt we were close to all four beaches, restaurants and other places of historical value e.g Merchant House or the Art Gallery. The beds and the mattresses were very comfy and we all had good night sleep. Highly recommended guest house with a very good internet signal.

Really nice hotel room, nice and clean and well decorated. The room was furnished with a complimentary bottle of wine, Welsh cakes, and milk which made us feel right at home. Check in was easy and our view was lovely.

Advertising as a family room yet it was tiny. The decor was a very poor standard the floor boards under the carpet need attention as they wobble, ues there is coffee machine tea all the things you need including wine in the fridge but everything is rammed on the chest of draws no room to actually make something the kettle is old and burnt me twice as it pours and either they had a dog staying there or the owners had one which barked at random times during the night which woke up my babies our experience was so poor we left for the second night and went somewhere else. We paid £260 for two nights which is way more than it's worth didnt even argue to get money back for night we didnt stay as keys just go in lock box and no one around. In all very disappointed with our stay and definitely do not recommend especially with a family

Very clean and modern guest house, hosts certainly know how to make you feel welcome. Free bottle of wine nice and chilled, brilliant coffee choices with extra bonus which was lovely (Welsh Cakes) brilliant touch. Away from busy town but close enough to explore. I would recommend staying here if you enjoy walking and close enough for a short car drive to the sea with beautiful views.

Lovely guest house. Had a small problem with the shower not draining but after a quick call was offered another shower in an empty room. Lovely to have a pack of Welsh cakes on arrival and the use of a nice coffee machine. 10/10 would recommend

I booked the family room with 2 children 3 and 5.My eldest daughter became trapped in the bathroom on arrival, whilst looking after the children while I went to buy some bits for the room.They were alone in the room for an hour, with a single glazed, opening outwards, with no safety locking window, directly next to the single bed, and a big drop to the yard below, we were on the 1st floor.Owner apologised however was very blasai.The children slept in the kingsized bed and myself in the single as I could not take the risk.I had to ring and ask owners to please turn on heating as the room was very cold at night, was told it was 20 degrees where they were, turned it up for that evening but night.Metal curtain pole knob fell on to me thro the night as I turned over, so it was lucky it wasn't one of the childrenPrior to booking, I rang owner to enquire about bus service and taxis as I did not have transport, was assured it was on bus route and taxis were easily accessible however this was not the caseThe hotel is situated on a busy road with no pavement in either direction, making walking to bus stop impossible.Taxis were few and far between.All plug sockets and radiator valves were situated behind furniture which I had to move to gain accessOur room was the only window without double glazing even tho the owner was a double glazing, he told meThis room is definitely not suitable for young childrenUncomfortable, stressful stay

Is located at a very loud intersection. The window could not be opened because of the noise. There was no breakfast. There is no answer to our email with questions for restaurants.

Lovely guesthouse, contact less check in and out. Close to both Saundersfoot beach and Tenby. Had the Dog friendly room so our fur baby could tag along too.
