Really bad here. Urine in the bedroom carpet and the bed. Less cleaning, No heater in the bedroom. No hot water in the kitchen.The room with urine was not ready for staying. Our family slept in another bedroom. No compensation. No refund for the Urinen-bedroom. We moved to another B&B and lost a lot.The property management was in a bad attitude. They‘re far from Swansea( Work remotely, out off the UK) .We claimed the property manager to come here having a look(smelling it). But they didn‘t come. Not a serviced(managed) property.The carpet cleaning doesn’t work, still hard to stay in the room. All over the space.

I had a great stay at the Copper House. The location may seem a bit off in the beginning but you’ll fit right in within a day or two. I stayed here for two weeks on business and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff reply and address your concerns within seconds. Lauren and Sharon took care of most of my bookings and they were absolutely lovely. I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s safe and very well maintained. Very accommodating for a solo female traveller as well.

Great support from Management Team. We got some kitchenwares issue. They came with replacement less than half and hour. Rooms are good size for family of 3. Beds are a bit softfy but it is okay. We surely will come back.

Very nice service, great location with shops and Bus stops nearby, the rooms were clean but a little bit minimalist. But with everything we needed for our stay :) the bed was a bit uncomfortable due to the size (for us it was a little bit too small for 2 people) and the mattress had Not so Good quality. But all in all we were very happy to stay here, we had a nice contact with the copper house team and i don‘t think it was too loud, and if so you can get free earplugs at the entrance. But the loud trains will not drive at night ;)

This was a lovely studio apartment in a decent location if your plans are to go to Swansea city centre. There is a train track close by but with the windows closed you don’t really notice it and it didn’t disturb our sleep (I’m also a very light sleeper). The apartment was clean. The oven was great and it had all the facilities I needed to cook a dinner. I’d definitely stay again, great value for money and perfect for a short stay of three nights.

We visited Swansea on work and were to stay there for a month. We stayed at this wonderful place called The Copper house. It was centrally located. Just a 5-7 min walk to the famous Swansea stadium and the shopping centre as well. An evening stroll overlooking the beautiful Tawe river to the shopping centre was almost an everyday routine. We were a little apprehensive about booking Copper house initially as there were reviews about it being too noisy ( the railway track runs pretty close). We did hear an occasional rumble but nothing to complain of as the hosts do provide ear plugs. There was barely any noise and we didn't have to use the plugs throughout our stay. The staff at Copper house were always just a whatsapp text away and were so very courteous. They managed to address our queries promptly. The apartment by itself is lovely. More than sufficient for 2 people to have a comfortable stay. They do provide cutlery and basic amenities too. The detergent pods for laundry are provided. It runs out real quick but you can always request them to refill it and they would be happy to oblige. A small wardrobe would make the apartment more complete and would help the guests store their belongings as well. The neighbourhood is quite safe and the bus stop is barely a 3 min walk from the apartment. It is an ideal place for short stays and we had a great time.

The room is large and fully functional for a couple of 2.Closely located to shops and coffee shops.The host was really helpful and very approachable.The parking situation is not the best but you can park in the street in front of the house just be careful not to leave any valuables.Overall good money for value.

Simply amazing. I already had high expectations looking at the photos, and the actual room managed to exceed even those expectations! Very clean room, everything you need was included, check-in was easy, the room was very modern and spacious, I loved it! And good value for money too!
