Sumptuous views from the outside area. Pub was welcoming and the staff was helpful. Only had paninis and fries with a beer prior to our walk on the beach. Food was fine and plentiful and it was a decent pint. Seemed to be a popular hangout for dog walkers and everyone was enjoying the views.

We've been visiting Worm's Head for decades and stay at this hotel. Its views are incomparable, rooms small but clean, the food is fine and service is friendly. We have seen continual improvement over the years and have booked again for next year.

We stayed in 3 beautiful rooms. Nice amenities to make the stay pleasant. Had dinner and dessert in the pub onsite - everyone loved their meals. Service was good. Had made to order breakfast the next morning. Delicious. Stayed here 14 years ago and glad we decided to return.

I've stayed at the Worm's Head hotel before. The rooms and food were average, verging on just OK, it was mainly for its position because the location and views are just incredible.My wife and I have some close family visiting us in early October and we decided to book a stay at the WHH to celebrate one of their birthdays.The rooms were reserved and confirmed by email back in March, this was directly with the hotel not a third party, with room rates agreed of £80 and £106 per night.Fast forward to this week and we received an email out of the blue from them saying both rooms would be increasing by £35 per night. That equates to increases of 43% and 33% respectively. The only options were to accept the new rates or the bookings would be cancelled.I'm a very frequent traveller, and have stayed in all sorts of hotels all over the World, and I've never had this happen to me before. I'd assumed a hotel reservation was some sort of contract between the hotel and the guests, especially when the booking is backed by a credit card. However, this appears not to be the case.So, if you're planning on staying there, or have already made a reservation, expect to pay a different amount to what you've agreed or go somewhere else.

This hotel is in a wonderful location but doesn’t live up to it. It is tired and unimaginative and the food offering both breakfast and dinner is awful. Sadly in need of investment, nothing a good interior designer and chef couldn’t easily resolve. A big let down to the Welsh hospitality and tourism industry.

I feel that the hotel is relying on its position for its business, which is absolutely amazing and not investing in the quality of the hotel and the staff. Customer service is not brilliant. The lack of knowledge and not very many smiles on faces. The website states it's a family run business. There was no evidence of that.

The location for the hotel is absolutely unrivalled and the views from this special place perched on cliffs overlooking beautiful Rhossili Bay is spectacular. The perfect space to enjoy a well earned drink or bite to eat after walking the area.The tiered outdoor seating has stunning views from every table pretty well. Dogs are welcome in the extensive outdoor areas (not inside). We visited the bar areas of the hotel only (not rooms) many times over our holiday and always felt very warmly welcomed by staff and locals - it’s understandably very busy here and the clearly hardworking staff worked really tirelessly to keep tables both served and cleared. Really impressed.The food was really good and a good range to choose from . Highly recommended:) Thank you!

Worms Head Hotel is in a most spectacular location. We were lucky enough to have a great view from our bedroom window.||Whilst the hotel itself might need some attention, the staff were most accommodating especially for check-in/check out times. ||We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant with views across the glorious beach below.

Fantastic views but the hotel far from matches any high expectation that you might have . It's owners and staff seem far more interested in feathering their own nest rather than complimenting its stunning location and pleasing its customers . Over priced food from a limited menu and a waiting time close on one hour do not do it any favours . We were walkers with limited time available before we needed to catch the last service bus available. We arrived in plenty of time but ended up rushing our food . We explained our plight , firstly to bar staff taking our order and later to a person who seemed to be in charge. ( after 30 mins wait) We were rudely answered on both occasions- words to the effect that customers get served in order without exception . Our table upon arrival was full of used crockery with associated debris which resident gulls and annoying insects took full advantage off . It took some 15 mins for it to be cleared despite us asking twice!It is not a place we would visit again A lovely coastal walk with a meal at the end sounds ideal but The Worms Head Hotel let us down . The days of a welcoming pub with warm friendly and helpful staff are long gone from here. We would have enjoyed taking extra sandwiches on our journey far better.
