My partner and I stayed here in September as our holiday base. Everything was excellent. Large comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. Breakfasts by Jane were fabulous and Nigel was full of chat and local information. They both looked after us so well!|I'd really recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay.

I have travelled to many hotels, Bed and Breakfasts and Airbnb throughout the years over Europe and I would say this would fall as my top 5 favourite places I stayed! The host were absolutely amazing! They are A++ hosts! They are so caring and welcoming! They cater to you and make sure you really feel at home! Everything was clean and neat! my friends and I loved the breakfast! Top notch and I will be returning here for sure!

Was booked in to here with work. The owners were lovely and locally knowledgable. It was nice to be welcomed and walked to my room. The room had lots of extras, including a chocolate Tregoes waffle and Welsh hot chocolate! Breakfast was made to order and was lovely to chat birds with one of the owners. Perfect!

We stayed over through a longer journey but we were wrong. This place and it's owners Jane and Nigel worth driving 8 hours to see them and enjoy every bit of your stay in this beautiful place. Will definitely be back and this time for a few nights to enjoy the scenery, chat, walk and everything else to it's fullest.

Just back from another visit to stay with Nigel, Jane and Diana.|| Faultless as ever. Pontyclerc is beautiful and just what a Bed and Breakfast should be. A lovely, relaxing stay. Nigel and Jane are so friendly, it feels like a home from home.|| I just wish the breakfast at home was as good!

Amazing Guest house, the facilities, cleanliness and food were 100%. Very friendly, one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Shame we can only give 5 stars. I would say home from home, but Pontyclerc is much better than our home. And they have donkeys!!!

Delighted by our stay in this charming and well appointed b&b with welcoming hospitality and luxurious touches. It’s a beautiful period property, with welcoming hosts and two lovely resident donkeys.

My parents stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it. The room was super-clean and really nicely done out. Breakfast was great, but the thing that really stood out was the warm and friendly attitude of the people that run the place. Literally nothing was too much trouble. I popped in to see my parents in the morning, they were having breakfast and the hosts gave me tea and kept offering me toast! I will certainly be recommending Pontyclerc in future.

Pontyclerc is an absolutely amazing place to stay! It is perfectly located to see things like Brecon Beacons National Park and the Gower Peninsula, it’s absolutely beautiful and designed carefully, and our room was spotlessly clean. And of course, the breakfast is delicious! The owning family is incredibly kind and lovely to chat with, we got some great recommendations and tips from them. We brought up a bottle of wine to our room on the first day and the next evening when we arrived home someone had considerately placed two wine glasses on the desk. Great care goes into this idyllic B&B, and we can’t wait to come back!
