Pros; Good location for easy access to local amenities. Spacious property. Well equipped kitchen with a good sized dining table. Hot tub was a lovely addition. Gardens were adequate in size, safe, enclosed and not overlooked. Full Sky TV package was brilliant for rainy days.Cons; Advertised a sofa bed but could not see this in the property. Unsure of thoroughness of cleaning as a vape pen was found between the sofa cushions along with a lollipop stick and the sofas were sticky. Also found previous lodgers hair bobbles in the master bedroom. Shower closures don’t close properly. Upstairs shower pressure is very poor. Games room is nothing like it appears in the pictures. The 2 tables are not set up - have to put the table tennis tables on top of the pool table which is unfortunate as we wanted to play different things at the same time. Decor appeared tired throughout and could do with freshening up. Also a cracked wall socket in the kitchen. Kitchen knives were rusting. Tea stains in the mugs that could do with being replaced. Soundproofing is poor in the property as you can hear anyone walking about upstairs. Freeview not working in one bedroom. Downstairs beds were creaky and may need replaced.Overall we did enjoy our stay but we would not classify the property as value for money and felt it was overpriced and therefore unfortunately are unlikely to book again. We stayed in the owners other property (Clunnie Mor) last year and found it much better value for money.
