The issue is not with the guest house, although it has the smallest shower I have encountered. The issue is the lack of food options in the area and the lack of parking within the area. The guest house itself is inviting, clean, and in a pretty area with off-street parking.

Not exactly cheap, but everything is there and the service is great (even late in the evening). Everything is lovingly furnished, there are little details everywhere that you won't find in other hotels. The mattress is very good, I slept really well. There are three things I have to highlight: The TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc. There was an EU socket in the bathroom and the toilet paper wasn't cheap. đź‘Ť The hosts have put some thought into this and operate this accommodation carefully. Thanks for that!

Stayed here one night and had a fantastic experience. The host was super friendly and welcoming, with convenient parking and an easy check in/out. I also really enjoyed the short walk along the coast into town with great views.

Friendly and welcoming. Guest house is quiet as not in main town. Walking distance to town and harbour front. Having a car would be more convenient and there is parking. Enjoyed my stay and a yummy breakfast.From Wick you can walk north coast or get up to John O Groats so good location.

We were greeted by the owner and shown to our room which was very clean and well decorated. There was sufficient parking and a taxi into Wick for dinner was not expensive. Breakfast was very good. We were close to Castle Sinclair Girnigoe ruins which is worth a visit.

We would recommend this lovely B&B. Enthusiastic welcome from Julie, who also gives advice on local restaurants, and books taxis. ÂŁ3.50 fare into town. On the outskirts of Wick, so quiet and peaceful. Easily located. Good parking. Clean, light room. Adequate space. Good bed meant good sleep. Great breakfast.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Impala. Off road parking was a bonus. Room was modern, bright and well furnished. Breakfast was very good and Julie is an excellent and friendly host. Good Covid-19 precautions. Would definitely recommend. Easy to walk into Wick for dinner.

Lovely guesthouse with very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was fab, spotlessly clean and with everything needed for a stay. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc available. Would recommend this guest house

We had a great stay, only for one night as we were touring, but we would easily have made it out base if we were exploring the area a little further.The rooms were modern clean and comfortable, Julie the host was friendly, welcoming and informative. We had a fish and chip supper from the harbour chip shop, the fish was huge and the chips tasted great.Breakfast the morning of departure was cooked to perfection.Can't recommend a stay here any higher.Thank you.

An excellent all-round B&B. Hosts were very welcoming and ensured a great stay. Lovely view over the Caithness countryside. Clean and fully furnished rooms. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Everything to recommend it.
