Perhaps a bit far from the center, but the room and especially the friendly owner more than make up for that. Our room had a view of the sea.

We were guests for just one night. The location, thanks to the owner's clear instructions, is easy to find.The room is well-kept and bright.High sleep quality even though the blankets were short and the bed was queen-sized.Stable wifi signal.Even though it is a B&B it is in fact only a "B" because breakfast is never included.

So disappointed to turn up at this property described as no pets allowed. I have a bad pet allergy particularly to cats. The smell of cat was overwhelming on opening the door to the communal area directly outside guest rooms. …

Arrived completely travel weary and we’re greeted by our Hostess, who made us feel like we had arrived “home”. Location is quiet but reasonably close to city centre. Accommodation was exceptionally clean and modern. Beautiful views. Bathroom was spacious as was the bedroom area. Would use again.

A nice, clean and comfortable room well supplied with tea, coffee, milk, fridge, microwave cutlery and small plates for a "bring your own" breakfast. A very pleasant and welcoming host. Good shower (over the bath). Excellent value for money - we booked it for the off street parking!

The host was very welcoming lovely lady, after a long and very wet bike ride she even offered to dry my wet clothes which was an absolute god send so thank you .... the room was very clean and had all the amenities including fridge, microwave, ironing board and hairdryer much more than most hotels offer the bathroom offers bath and shower both great overall really fantastic and would definitely go back if yourin the area and needa great place to stay for great price would recommend no 9 😊

Really cozy, great and simple, but also cheap accommodation with a very nice boss! Thank you for the two pleasant nights, dear Lynn!!!In the evening you should take the "secret" pub route to the Clachnaharry Inn - there you will find good and generous food and equally delicious drinks.We would love to come back and look forward to seeing you, Lynn & Penelope!
