I recently stayed at this apartment, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The only positives were the location and the shower, which were both okay.However, the double bed was far too narrow for two adults, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The sofa bed was even worse—it had to be pulled out manually and was very uncomfortable. While it might work for one person, two adults would struggle to sleep on it.Additionally, the toilet was nearly unusable; you had to sit at an awkward angle, which was quite inconvenient.The most frustrating issue was the noise. There’s a pub directly below the apartment that plays live music every night until at least 1 AM. No amount of earplugs helped, as the bass was so loud that the floor vibrated. Sleep was impossible before 1 AM, and had we known about this beforehand, we would have definitely chosen a different place. Despite reporting the issue on the first night, the management offered no assistance.Given the high price of the stay, these issues are simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful experience.

Loud EVERY NIGHT, Uncomfortable, and Unresponsive Management – Avoid this Apartment if You Value SleepIf you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere. This apartment is directly above a bar that plays live music until 3 or 4 a.m. every night. The noise makes it nearly impossible to get any rest, so unless you’re here purely to party and don’t mind paying for it, this isn’t the place for you.The Sleeping Situation: The bed is far too small for two people (only 120cm wide), and the sofa bed is even worse—uncomfortable and nowhere near suitable for two people. We booked for three guests, yet the sofa bed wasn’t even prepared upon arrival.Cleanliness & Bathroom Issues: The apartment was not clean when we arrived, adding to our disappointment. The bathroom design is bizarre and nearly unusable; you literally have to sit sideways to use the toilet because of the cramped layout. It was so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving the apartment just to use the bathroom at nearby restaurants.Poor Value and No Compensation: For the price, we expected much better. Despite these issues, management refused to offer any kind of compensation. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating and disappointing.In short, I cannot recommend this apartment. Only consider it if your plans involve late-night partying louder than the bar noise below—otherwise, save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

You will inevitably start to read a theme here. Lovely apartment, great location but the noise was ridiculous. The pub downstairs closed at 1pm thankfully but then a club was open until near 4am making for a disaster of a stay. 3 very exhausted travellers leaving the apartment today!

The apartment is pretty, well equipped and rather comfortable, but then a disaster regarding the sound insulation.... impossible to fall asleep given that the hotel is located right above a bar.... and so strangely I can no longer comment on booking (where I made my reservation) after my husband posted a negative review on Google.But then the irony is that we also booked at Mono Suites (in the old town this time) and the hotel is located above a nightclub, and then it's even worse. We feel like we're sleeping in the middle of the dance floor....The hotel clears itself by saying that they did not know that it was so problematic and yet earplugs are available in their rooms.... it would be time to change your windows because it is really impossible to to rest. However, the price is very, very high.... it's just unacceptable....

Spacious, modern and very comfortable apartment, recently renovated.The bed located in the master bedroom was excellent.The children's sofa/bed in the living room, already much less. Fortunately, our children are not too difficult...Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom/toilet, same.A single reasonably sized TV located in the living room.In short, in theory, everything seemed ideal for a superb 2-night stay during this last weekend of October.Why give a rating of only one star then you ask me?Well it's very simple. Without very effective earplugs or headphones with active noise reduction, there's no way to sleep before 1:00 a.m. at least since the apartment is located right above a terribly lively Irish pub.This detail was not indicated when booking and previous ratings on Google or elsewhere make no reference to it.So, when you arrive at the end of the afternoon tired from the journey and realize the acoustic disaster, it is already too late to go back...It's really a shame because without this disappointment, the stay would have been perfect.The owner would therefore be well advised to specify that the place is only suitable for the hearing impaired because otherwise it is a big carrot.

Well located in the centre of town and very reasonably priced especially during the fringe. Only downside was the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable (even for a sofa bed) and the fire escape lighting in the front room made it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed.

We came home yesterday after a 2 day stay here and was gutted to be leaving. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and even bigger than we imagined. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. It was also in a perfect location. We will 100% going back.
