Seems the currently dockside are providing a valuable service.Very pleased to see how receptive and caring the staff at reception were when I was visiting Dockside apartment. Special mention to Ade who seems to go the extra mile with all the clients and visitors.Issue with the elevator so these staff would have to run up 11 floors to reset and bring the elevator down. Must have been a struggle for them with this heat we've been having.When staff are showing compassion it is definitely going to be having a positive effect on clients experience in a difficult time.Good work.
