Excellent location near the Over Ground station which connects to the other lines.Clean and very, very pampering in the toiletries and cosmetics. We had a problem with the room and the next day they immediately moved us to another upgraded room at no additional cost. They also took care of a special orthopedic need that I needed. The service was excellent, although it would have been better if the room was cleaned early rather than late.Super meticulous in the retro design down to the level of the room key.It was difficult for us to manage with one key, although every time at the reception they helped us enter the room with the key they had.In the cozy room we ordered h. The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable. In a special way he helped and answered every Fin need in the reception. A kind and caring guy.Breakfast in the restaurant is quite good, the service here is also excellent. Dinner on the two occasions we tried was really not tasty.

I had a great stay. What I love about the Soho House group is that you can invariably guarantee a fantastically comfortable bed, fab array of Cowshed bathroom products, and multitude of handy provisions such as hair straighteners, …

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It’s a little farther flung within London but it’s in a trendy area, on a quiet street, and there’s an overground stop about 2 minutes away- you can be just about anywhere within 20 minutes. …

One of my favorite houses I think. Not a single thing wasn’t thought of in the rooms, even though I had the Tiny since I was staying for three nights only. THE BED 😭☁️ It’s tucked into a little side street with wooden doors and discreet signage. It’s a short walk from all my favorite Shoreditch restaurants, cafes and shops. I love it here.

Don't know what the fuss is about. For a five star price the service is very two star. The staff look bored or blank. Communication is poor. I asked for a top-up of the shaving cream (stayed 5 nights) - never happened. The decor is mid century but they're not welcoming of people who are mid century! The views are dreary.

I really do not get why this hotel has 5 stars. When you enter the hotel it’s incredibly loud cause the restaurant is directly next to it. The receptionist was friendly but I did not get any explanations for anything. Where is the pool I saw on the pictures? My room was okay but the sofa and curtains had stains, there were hair in my bed and the armchair was in a really bad shape. I would not stay here again as I think that the price is not reflecting the quality. I was frankly very shocked that the room was in that shape.

This hotel was really expensive and had nothing special to offer . The room was tiny and the bathroom cramped with no surface to put items.|The rug in the room was ripped and the armchair collapsed when sat on.|Bars covered the window with a metal grill so no view out .

This is a very cozy and good place to stay when in London. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and have a lot of amenities. Location is also superb. Close to public transportation, and only 15 min walk to City. …
