Its a nice resort to stay in Phuket. Location is good.Some issues like 2 half liter drinking water bottles per day for two people they will give but thats not enough.No Toothbrush or Toothpaste provided.No TeaBags and Electric Kettle provided.No tie up with local tour operators.No tie up with Bike Rentals.

The Sun Hill Hotel in Phuket exceeds all expectations in terms of value for money. Cleanliness is the number one priority here and we loved how spotless our room was. The staff deserve special recognition for their incredible friendliness and the family atmosphere they create. We can fully recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Good hotel quite and clean friendly staff|Stayed here for 2 weeks rooms are big and decent balcony but very looking pool. The pool looks small but it’s a decent size. Location was spot on close enough to centre 10 mins in tuk tuk.|They only downside is there is no safe in the room but they have got them at the main reception.

We spent a long time choosing a hotel and we were right!🔸We lived in a hotel for 10 days and regretted not coming here right away.🔸The beds are a little hard, but I love it, it was comfortable to sleep.🔸The air conditioner worked very well, the curtains were blackout. Balcony with furniture. Wifi in the main building works great🔸Clean bed, fresh. There are enough towels.🔸Cleaning was done every day. It was very nice to come back to a clean room.🔸 The bike was parked right outside the hotel🔸There is a restaurant, but we didn’t go there, but everything looks very clean and decent.🔸 The reception staff were very nice, they checked us in early because the room was ready. We also met the owner of the hotel, he is a very pleasant man who did everything for our comfortable stay.🔸 It’s a 7-minute walk to the ring, and 10 minutes to the night market. Yes, we’ll climb a hill there, but that wasn’t a problem for us.🔸Water in the room every day, one bottle per person🔸The pool is clean, there is shade.🔸There are 2 cats living in the hotel) Red and Panda.Overall, the overall impression is as pleasant as possible. We'll definitely be back

Average hotel.... 30 minutes from Patong beach (the closest) and close to an area of restaurants and bars that is very foreign-oriented.We couldn't swim in the pool at night, as I saw in other comments, since they closed the pool at 7pm.I agree with another comment I saw, the staff is the least attentive and considerate. They also didn't give us a room until 2pm because we arrived at 9am. On the last day, despite notifying us the night before that we had to check out at 7 am, they refused to make us breakfast or a sandwich to take away. We found the receptionist sleeping, and she made us both 1 coffee, very angry, in exchange for the voucher for two full breakfasts. We would not return.

Very good place to stay if you want to be close to the night market and the busy places but still have a little bit of quiet in the night. The rooms and the pool were clean, the restaurant had a good breakfast and very helpful staff.

The staff of this hotel is very rude. We arrived at the hotel after 14 hours of flying at 9am but the staff refused to give us a room until 2pm. We literally had to sleep on the benches of the lobby because of the exhaustion. Horrible experience

Nice rooms, very nice staff, cleaning every day. The beds are a bit hard, but you can put a blanket on them and it will be better. 7 minutes to the night market, 12 minutes to the beach. There is a 7 Eleven nearby, bike rental and a massage parlor are opposite. True, for a couple of days all the water was turned off for several hours, but I think this is not a permanent story. Plus there was no hot water in the shower, but due to the heat this was also not fatal.

When comparing competitively with financial valueIt is an excellent hotel for those who want comfortable accommodation away from noise and not far from the beach, nightlife spots and cafes, with all the services and supplies available near you, including spas, restaurants, barbers, laundry, massage, and motorbike rentals, in addition to the quality of service and cleanliness, and for all that, room prices are reasonable and even competitive.Finally, what I noticed and liked most is that the employees do not embarrass or harass the guest with the intention of obtaining a tip, like the majority of tourist employees.

A beautiful, clean and wonderful hotel. I recommend choosing it. It is quiet and has a pool. My room overlooked the pool. It has an en suite bathroom and a double bed. There is a refrigerator containing drinks. You must pay for them when you take any drink from them, but they provide you with water daily for free.
