Excellent Travelodge experiance, I brought 35 students on a trip and the staff were super accommodating when we arrived early and ensured all the students were fed well in the morning. Kayleigh was super helpful when I left a possession in my room and posted it to me first class within 2 days.||Couldn't recommend more

Friendly staff can't do enough to help basic rooms but they do state that bed was comfortable so a great night sleep woke up fresh for work daily food is great I highly recommend the stripped beef chipotle pizza also if you a gym goer …

This is a great hotel in the Travelodge chain where the staff go above and beyond ,from the welcoming front desk to the cleaners,to ensure a pleasant stay in a location that's for exploring East Yorkshire or a city visit.Although only 2 star rated the comfortable facilities offer everything you need for an overnight stay. It's not a Hilton,Marriott or Doubletree, nor does it pretend to be ( I was a Hilton Honour Gold for years ),but offers great value for money and great service from check in to checkout.No fault of the hotel but there were beggars outside a couple of times ( caution urged )

Where do I begin 😭.I can’t rate the room because I never even got to see it.I traveled all the way from Norfolk to move my son into uni. I had a room booked for 2 adults and two children. (partner couldn’t make it after booking due to work) so had my 3 children this was all confirmed with customer service to then arrive and be told no. The lady behind the desk was messaging her manager to be shown a message that they couldn’t do anything. I was going to be sent away with a number for customer service to call on Monday but not guarantee the refund and they couldn’t give me any other solutions. This left me stuck with 3 children and nowhere to stay. My son who’s 18 offered to stay with me as their policy is two children to one adult which they still declined after. Other people that were staying there trying to help me but there was nothing anyone could do. I couldn’t afford another hotel due to them not giving me a refund and the only cheaper option was to put petrol in my car as it worked out cheaper then a hotel room and had to drive 4 hours back to Norfolk after 9pm with 3 children. Upset is an understatement and I’m no closer to getting a refund. I understand that there is a policy but to mislead a customer and expect her to drive back during the night/early hours of the morning with three young children is disgusting.

There's no plugs but the beds so have to charge your phone ACROSS the bedroom,

WiFi is not included, No A/C and you can barely open a window which is next to a busy street. Bathroom light switch is a long pull cord strangely hanging from ceiling. Entry after hours requires card entry which is not intuitive to find. Elevator only has a down button but all rooms are up…. There’s just so much wrong and eerie about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Ideal in hull central to the shops buses and trains. Rooms are good size too. Down side bathroom water for the kettle not good bottled water would be better and healthier.
