A clean and tidy room with great amenities. We even had a mini kitchen! Can't say I had a great night's sleep as the walls and doors are so thin I could clearly hear the people above us walking around at 3am and then the people next door arriving at 6am. Both times I was woken up.

We stayed there for 6 night back in September. The room was really clean and staff at front desk was also really nice. A lot of bus stop around and also two tube stations nearby, we were able to go everywhere in london easily. There is also a few accommodation in nearby streets. We do recommend this hotel without any hesitations.

What a refreshing hotel experience. Quick check-in, fair prices and super clean recently renovated rooms. Even though the rooms are tiny, we loved to stay here and felt at home.

The NOX Kensington Gardens was a really nice and clean hotel, just 2 streets away from the Central Line which leads into the heart of London. The hotel is definitely manageable, there are not many rooms and they are average in size for London standards. The room was very clean and really modern, but really small. The bed was about 1.73m long, which was really a disgrace. At 1.86, I couldn't even begin to sleep on this bed. Even my girlfriend had difficulty with her being 1.75m. We were only here for one night and the bed is one of the most important things. There was no toilet brush?Check-in wasn't until 3:00 p.m., an early check-in would have been possible from 80 pounds. Check-out was possible until 11:00 a.m.The hotel was great in terms of location, but it was really difficult to sleep - and that's really the only purpose of the hotel. If the bed were longer, then the hotel would be worth 5 stars for me without hesitation!

Good location to enjoy the Notting Hill Carnival, but the rest of the aspects can be greatly improved: very small room (two cabin suitcases cannot be left open on the floor) and too basic for two people, very uncomfortable bed, too small wardrobe and bathroom dwarf (your legs hit the toilet paper when you sit on the toilet). The best, the shower. The soundproofing is terrible, and not because of the noise from the street, but between rooms, the partitions seem like paper. Except for the refrigerator and coffee maker, we didn't use anything in the kitchen; Without it being dirty, it didn't seem very clean to us. Also, one of the nights the fire alarm went off and no one gave us any explanation as to why.

Very good apartment. Quiet place and close to two metro stops and buses that take you to any part of London. First of all, I would highlight the cleanliness, every day they change towels and even clean your glasses. In the kitchen there is a coffee maker with coffee capsules, tea and cookies, a toaster, a kettle, a couple of stoves and a microwave. So we tried to have both breakfast and dinner in the room to reduce the cost of the trip.A 5 minute walk away there is a street with a couple of supermarkets with Cheat Meals (Tesco and M&S) you can find everything. Also on that street there are restaurants of all kinds and on one corner a very fun English pub with live music at night.I would also like to highlight the kindness and efficiency of the reception staff, 24-hour service and they answer all questions instantly by email.Full bathroom, very good air conditioning and a huge TV.The only discomfort in our room (I don't know about the others), which was the ground floor, next to the reception, is that there was no table with a couple of chairs to eat and we had to do so sitting on the bed. Otherwise everything is fantastic.
