I had a lovely stay in this location recently. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly. My only negative was the location of the toilet roll holder, being behind me. If there had been a toilet roll stand next to me, that would have made it a whole lot easier.

Absolutely idyllic country pub with great atmosphere, helpful staff and a very warm welcome.... the food was fantastic which covered a range of great dishes. There was a good range of keenly priced drinks. Thank you for a great night. The Osborne family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Three of us headed to The Plough for lunch today sharing a platter for our starter and then each having a different main course which we all found very tasty. The portions were substantial. We shared a sticky toffee pudding for dessert and all agreed it was the best we had ever tasted. We plan to visit for lunch again soon.

We didn't stay here, but we ate. Food was amazing, the staff terrific. We were made to feel very welcome by Brian and Roy. It was quite busy at the time of our visit but there was hardly any waiting time for food or drinks, It's a bit out of the way but I would recommend a visit if you are in the area.

After a 5 hour journey we received a warm and friendly welcome from the owner and staff. A table for dinner was set up for us straight away and there was a good varied menu choice. …

Well run established pub in the heart of a sleepy village in Kent. Food is good pub grub and a fine selection of beers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is off the road and close to the door. There is something as strange about the knocking noise in Room 1.
