We appreciated the 2pm check in and arrived shortly after. We were welcomed by the hostess who explained about dinner (promoting restaurant next door) and about breakfast.  …

Stayed last Saturday night as we were booked for dinner on the Pullman Steam train at Tenterden station. Location wise, this hotel was literally a 5 min drive from Tenterden town centre. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who explained everything. She was very nice and welcoming. This hotel has been built at the side of an established Indian restaurant and is over 2 floors. We had asked for our rooms to be away from the restaurant which was accommodated without any hassle and we did not notice any strong smells coming from the restaurant. We had 2 rooms booked in all and both rooms and bathrooms were very modern and immaculately clean. The rooms hadfacilities to make tea/coffee and the only thing we noticed or couldn't find was that there was no hairdryer. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if you're ever in need of a hotel in this area then this one is well worth booking.

Close to Benenden hospital and the town of Tenderden.||Clean and nicely presented rooms. Staff were friendly at check in. Just off the mainroad with easy on site parking. ||Very good value for money. Did not eat there but there is an Indian restaurant on site.

Great location, reasonable price.Shame there is no EV charging point at all.In the bathroom light not set correctly, an extra light is required by the mirror. As well as, In the room no bedside light. Definitely needs one as the main lights to bright from the sealing while you lay in the bed. Other than that comfortable beds and clean all around.

Excellent. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If thinking of booking ring direct first as they offer fair prices. Away from the town so you would need to drive if you want to venture out be we ate in the restaurant and would highly recommend. Food is authentic. We will definitely return when next in the area.

First impression when we arrived was it appeared more like a motel than a hotel. We only stayed 1 night, and while it was a Sunday we did feel the receptionist should have still been in uniform, not jeans and a T-shirt, as it would have been more professional. The reception and the room looked clean and presentable despite the steam press standing in reception and looking like it was due for retirement.Despite there being a request for noise to be a minimum from 21h00-07h00 there were people in the reception lounge until after 22h00 who were a little loud and as our room was there it was disturbing. We were under the impression it was a non-smoking establishment yet we noticed a bong in the front window...There was a hole in our room curtain and it appeared the window had been replaced as the sticker was still on the glass. The linen was clean but the pillow cases felt like they were due for replacement and the towels were also wearing thin.We did try the restaurant so can't comment on the cuisine. As the location is great for anyone wanting to visit Tenterden we feel it would be a great stay if management paid more attention to the finer details and upkeep.

Clean, comfortable and very fairly priced. Not sure why this place has sub 4-star reviews… we had a very pleasant short stay. Room was in good shape, with AC, a big TV and excellent water pressure. Can’t ask for much more.
