Staff are friendly and efficient, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The buffet Breakfast was really good, with a chef on hand to deal with special requests. What more could you want and reasonably priced as well. Short stroll into Town and bus stops even closer.

In our experience, the nicest place to stay in Whitstable. There’s no through-road between the hotel and the sea, so the rooms facing the ocean are the ones to get if you can.  …

Had a wonderful weekend mini-break here. Very lucky to get one of the amazing (4) beachfront balcony rooms, which was absolutely glorious. The room was very clean and well presented, the bathroom had a nice big walk-in shower, not a bath. No lift in the hotel so about 20 stairs to reach 1st floor rooms. Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel does have a small car park for guests, but on a first come first served basis. On street parking is available but pay and display (cash or ring-go). I would be very happy to visit again & recommend to others.

Yesterday we had the most wonderful lunch here. This restaurant is an all-time favourite of mine because of its location and welcoming stylish interior. I had the oysters, which are by far the best around and a must every time I visit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. However, our waitress Harriet, who served us yesterday, was a particular absolute delight and really made our day. Being helpful with our requests, she had a genuine sparkle about her ✨️ so thank you Harriet it makes all the difference to our dining experience.Highly recommend eating/drinking here. Great spot for watching sunsets also 👌🏻

We stayed here for 2 nights this week. The hotel is right on the sea front and in a superb situation. When we arrived the free car park was full but there is loads of free parking within 400mtrs of the hotel so no worries. …

So impressed with this hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels all over and this could be the best value for money hotel for what you get - fantastic location (you can throw a cricket ball from the hotel into the sea), lovely rooms, on site car parking, superb breakfast and the Hotel bar and restaurant are a delight. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be back.

Stayed here for 1 night, after watching a TV programme Whitstable Pearl. As expected small room but had an added terrace outside. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious, premium products. Short walk into town. Well positioned hotel on beach front. Don't park independently outside of hotel and pay as we did, additional parking is available at the hotel, as car park very small.
