Stayed for 4 nights with the meal deal. Two mornings breakfast not available at time required. I am told that some items came out in stages but too late for me. …

Stayed here for 4 nights for work, friendly staff on arrival. The hotel is in portishead opposite Sainsbury'sand only a short walk from the marina. Again, rooms are clean but very dated and could do with some maintenance. Plenty of parking and a Brewers Fayre next door, which I never used as so many other options within walking distance.

Was here on a business trip in early Sep. Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful especially Dan and Emily from the hotel and Janice and Craig from the restaurant. Room was the best it could have been given the fact it's not the Hilton 😊Plenty of towels in the bathroom, no issues with the room ie hot water problems etc and any queries were immediately resolved by staff. Plenty of parking outside and located a short walk from Sainsbury's and a McDonald's. Has a restaurant attached that serves the Premier Inn breakfast and evening meal if incl. Not much background noise from people in other rooms/people moving about so very easy to sleep.

The hotel was fine and the reception was excellent. I’ve only complained was it was a very long way to walk to the room.||||However, the Brewers fair public house next door, which was associated with the hotel, was rubbish. …

On the whole dirty and grubby. Needs a deep clean. Walls in the rooms dirty, paint chipping and peeling. Dusty lamps and extractor. Outdoor seating area dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. Carpets in the restaurant dirty as were windows and glass on the doors. Also understaffed. Very disappointing for premier inn.

Great location, bedrooms worn, no air con and was very hot! and could do with an update! Bathroom wasn’t in great standard. The breakfast was basic at best and the pub it’s located in was filthy and grimy staff at the hotel were great but staff in the pub for breakfast didn’t seem bothered. Probably better out there and Air BnB around the area would be a cheaper option

The room was roasting hot no air flow, standalone fan was just pushing hot air around. Nothing mentioned on check in about rooms being hot. Didn't feel safe in room to leave window open as had toddler with me and was on ground floor. ||||Windows were filthy dirty, cobwebs and dead flies on netting

Room was a bit dated now, and we were woken at 8ish in the morning by lawnmowers (not a bad noise), and then hammering and drilling outside the room in the corridor. Maintenance seemed to stop at 10, so not sure why we had to be disturbed, but I appreciate works need to happen. No staff around on check out but overall an ok service/hotel.
