We arrived here this afternoon. The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff were really very welcoming too. Unfortunately we had an issue where I was unhappy with one aspect of the reservations process. The way the staff handled it (and me) was faultless. Kudos to David and Richard the Manager. Thank you for dealing with a genuine complaint in such a professional (and courteous) manner. If anybody is booking in here - please be aware the fabulous pools and steam rooms are included. So bring your swim wear!!!

There are no words that can describe the amazing experience of staying at this gem of the hotel. The owner has ploughed in vast sums and that shows and you can see he really cares about the environment. …

We had the most amazing visit to the Newt as new members. Truly unique experience with so much more to discover in future visits. We had an outstanding meal at The Botanical Rooms served primarily by the wonderful Maisie. The service throughout the site was excellent and other special mentions to Niamh in The Garden Cafe and Hayley on the front desk helping us with our membership. We are looking forward to future visits to see the gardens through all the varying seasons. Truly wonderful!
