Had a lovely stay here. The bathrooms are across the corridor from the main bedroom, but not an issue for us. The building is a beautiful property, full of character, unfortunately that means some low ceilings and beams in places so watch your head! My 6ft boyfriend managed with only a few minor bumps :)The breakfast was delicious and the price for the night + brekkie was very reasonable. Would stay again if in the area 👍

This is the first accommodation I have stayed that offers oat milk on the tea tray. Very grateful. Catherine is super friendly and welcoming, and willing to offer suggestions for restaurants. Well licated for main street shops and eateries. Comfortable room, nice linens, superb breakfast with pre-order system which was great and worked well for us. Quality produce. Cant fault it. Would love to return another time. Thank you Catherine.

Comfortable B&B guest house in centre of Chard - excellent stay with delicious breakfast and wonderful service from owners James & Catherine. We stayed in family bedroom 6 which was spacious, had large comfy bed with nice linen, and was very clean with adjoining private own bathroom which was exceptionally clean and fantastic power shower. All amenities needed for girls & guys and so quiet with opening windows and fan. Itt TT was so central to everything in walking distance and James’ restaurant recommendation to Bath hotel was exceptional and a must fine place. We were made to feel so welcome in this 1700s character property and we highly recommend it. Thanks and we’ll be back for sure.
