I researched the reviews before booking and have to say we were not disappointed. A perfect place to stay for our visit to do the Exmoor Targa Rally. Our hosts were fantastic. The place is spotlessly clean, with all the little extras you would get at a top class hotel. The breakfast is fantastic.I would say it is one of the best b&b's that we have stayed at! No hesitation in recommending it for your stay. We will definitely being using it again.

We were looking for somewhere to stay near Wheddon Cross as a stop over on our way back up from a week in Cornwall. We know the area but had never stayed at Exmoor House B&B before.. …

We had a lovely one night stay at Exmoor House. Izzy and Peter greeted us on arrival and explained all we needed to know. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there is a sitting room for guests with games, we spent a good couple of hours playing pool, table tennis and darts! Lovely breakfast and our poached eggs were perfect. Will stay again.

We spent a great weekend in Exmoor House, a perfect place for exploring this lovely part of the world. We have a family connection as my grandparents were once the owners. It’s now taken care of by Izzy and Peter, who went out of our way to ensure we had a great stay. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean with little touches like biscuits and a fridge with water and orange juice, plus a games room downstairs with pool and an honesty bar.The highlight is the hotel breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever had. Good quality local stuff with a perfect runny egg. We felt very well taken care of, even when we stupidly accidentally took the keys home and had to post them back. Stay here for your Exmoor adventure.
