Service is rough, only one room card, deTrying to check out in the morning to refund the deposit but no one, very bad 👎 , can only wait until they get to work to get the key deposit， pool in the corridor next to the front desk, room key is a mechanical key, room window balcony on the side of the road is very very noisy, not as good as staying in the next Ca hotel

The room smelled very musty. I repeat, it was musty. The drinking glasses also had a musty smell. I don't know if you've tried smelling them or not. The air conditioner is not very cool. The swimming pool had not been cleaned at all. Dust was everywhere. You could see footprints on the floor. The location is good.

Good location, nice staffs, large room and very large bed we love the bed. But A/C in the room not suitable, it’s too little for the room because the room is large and when the sun goes down in the afternoon, the room quite hot and the certain is light color. It’s a good stay for 3 nights and near 7-11! 😊

Stayed 1 night. Room was okay. My balcony was facing the big street so it was a little noisy. Balcony could be better, only had one hard chair, a plant and the AC.Reception wasn’t occupied when I wanted to check out, had to look for a staff member myself to get the key deposit (300B) back.Busstation in walkable distance (15,20 minutes)

We came here for 1 night after being dropped off at phuket bus terminal. This was perfect for the 1 night stay before we moved on further into phuket. The room was a great size and clean.

If you're traveling through or because you have something to do locally or because you want to stay near the central bus station, the hotel is fundamentally great! The check-in is a bit strict because it is always exact to the minute, but everything else is undoubtedly justified in terms of price-performance ratio. As a result, a “recommended” rating can be given absolutely.

NOT NICE 😂 we got there and there was blood on the walls in the room. Cupboards worn, mould all up the wall in the bathroom. We heard screaming late at night. Traffic was loud and we were woken up at 5am to really loud music so barely got any sleep. We booked for 3 nights and left the morning after we arrived because of the state of it. It was cheap and if you can deal with it then 1 night might be okay but I wouldn’t recommend. They also charged us for the minibar so you don’t get all of the deposit when you check out.
