The Aloha Residence is a true gem in Phuket. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff are simply extraordinary, making you feel at home from the first moment. Every request is fulfilled with a smile, and Luisa together with the girl at the reception were exceptional. The cleaning of the rooms is impeccable and daily, ensuring an always fresh and welcoming environment. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, with restaurants and a 7 Eleven within walking distance.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip through Thailand. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. We had some laundry to do but felt a bit unsure how to go about it, the lady at the reception had it done for us and it was ready the next morning!Fresh water in the fridge everyday, cleaning everyday with fresh towels is a big plus!The hotel is walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and a 7/11.My only comment is that the mattress was very hard so struggled a bit by the last night.All things considered this hotel is great value for money!

The hotel is ok and the staff is friendly, but my room was very noisy on the main road with a sliding door that doesn't close very well, and the bed was one of the (if not the most) uncomfortable of my life. An upgrade to your mattress is really necessary!

Avoid booking this hotel if cleanliness is a priority for you.We reserved a standard double room but were disappointed upon arrival. The bedsheets were stained and torn, and the bathroom grout and showercurtain were discolored from body oil residue. Despite assurances from staff about a room change, the alternative had even dirtier sheets, so we opted to stay put. Additionally, the bed was small and one side was broken. The room's location by a busy road led to noise disturbances, and the advertised view did not match reality. After 10 pm, the reception closes, leaving our room key unattended. anyone could potentially access the hotel and rooms with the unattended keys. I did like the young lady receptionist during day time. She was very nice and helpful! And it is nice to have a balcony to dry clothing.Hygiene was a major concern, as evidenced by attached photos.

Excellent location to be away from busy tourist area but still within walking distance, comfortable rooms, ideal if your looking for something simple. Excellent restaurants nearby. Only negative is overpriced beverages in the lobby.. buy water etc elsewhere.

My stay at Aloha Residence Hotel in Phuket was absolutely fantastic! The location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, couldn't have been more convenient. Surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants, I was spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. The hotel itself was clean and offered great value for the price. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the incredibly friendly receptionists and hotel staff. Their warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. I highly recommend Aloha Residence Hotel to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Phuket.

Great location, the lady at reception is great. She is smiling and knows how to help us when we need it. The decoration is modern and tastefully done! Cleaning is done every day. We recommend :)

Too much expensive and breakfast was nothing special. We also had to pay for the beach towels. In Thailand I was never charged before for the beach towels. The receptionists are very friendly

First impression was good. Only late check out may mean having your belongings removed without advance notice. Even when they have your contact. So manage your stay carefully during high season.

We stayed in the guest house which is 20 meters from the hotel and everything was perfect, from the reception to the cleaning lady, super attentive. The room was 100% new, it seemed like we were the first to use it, a/c, hair dryer, water heater, coffee, balcony with a table in case you don't want to eat out and you order something to take away... everything was perfect. The location is also very good if you don't want to be in the uncontrolled areas, but you can still get there in 25 minutes by motorcycle or taxi, the beach is less than 5 minutes away and it is not a beach full of tourists, you have transportation services. laundry, restaurants and everything you need very close and also in the hotel! Thank you very much, and we would choose this accommodation again! Hopefully soon the reviews will do justice and give it the score it deserves 🤞🏼😉🚀

We stayed in the guest house of this hotel, which is located a little further on. It's a brand new building and the room is done really well, nothing is missing! Cleaning every day and super friendly staff, especially the cleaning girl. The location is really good because everything is close by but at the same time the place is very quiet. Super recommended!!!

Excellent location near the sea and the center of Kata. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Nadia at the front desk was exceptional. Spacious and clean rooms. Furthermore, next door is an Italian restaurant and scooter rental. Super recommended!!
