1. The accommodation informed us that we can check in at 3:00 p.m. We arrived at the accommodation to check in at around 3:00 p.m. But the room hasn't been cleaned yet.2. Inform the accommodation a month in advance that there are 2 rooms that require extra beds. Can the room have extra beds? The employee informed me that it can be supplemented. You can inform the staff on the day of check-in. But when we arrived, the staff said there was no extra bed. All extra beds are gone. and the room was full that day Very irresponsible3. The hotel is less safe. The elevator goes to every floor. It should be limited to guests or if you haven't checked in, there isn't one. The keycard should only be able to go to the font page.4. The price is quite expensive compared to the relatively small room size. Services received And breakfast has very little to choose from.5. The room is very small compared to the price.6. Rooms at this price should have more variety of breakfast. We didn't get an extra bed but breakfast was added 1,000 baht per head, but breakfast was very little.

It is a hotel that is more convenient and the view is more beautiful than expected. I like the comfortable room with a big bed. This time I came with friends to see the room. The sea view is the sea. If there is a chance to go to stay again

Good hotel, the corridors in the accommodation floor do not have an open air conditioner, there is a damp smell, a baked smell, poor service, no conversation, no service. Please carry your things up to the room yourself. Employees do not provide service. Standing at the counter and passively watching customers carry things into their rooms. Never encountered a hotel like this. Terrible.

I recently stayed at symphony of the seaand had an extremely disappointing experience due to the management’s lack of responsibility and professionalism. During my stay, a shooting team set up right in front of my room, creating noise and disturbance. When I approached the management to address the issue, they showed no concern and simply moved me to another room.To make matters worse, the new room they assigned me was significantly smaller and not of the same standard as my original room. It felt like a downgrade rather than a solution. The management’s attitude and unwillingness to accommodate my concerns made the experience even more frustrating.I expected better service and accountability from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, the management’s lackluster response and the poor handling of the situation ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their management and customer service.

Hotel is beautiful, room really nice and clean however a strong smell of vinegar / urine . The swimming pool amazing and clean salt water. Breakfast totally let the hotel down in fact embarrassing for the rating and the cost per stay of the hotel.

Everything is good, view, atmosphere, calm, clean, lots of parking, lots of food to choose from. But when entering the room at first there might be a musty smell.

Ask for a review according to your own opinion.The good thing is that the hotel is new, very clean, the entrance is on the main road, easy to travel. Breakfast is very good, comparable to a 5 star hotel. There are not many rooms. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Suitable for those who really want to relax.The part that is still not very satisfactory is The standard room size is a bit small for 3 people. The double bed was small because it was separated from the dressing room and refrigerator. We stayed in the Mountain room. view, view of the condo Recommended to reserve Sea view will be more worthwhile. But the room fills up very quickly. The pond is beautiful but not large. And the employees are overall polite. Still lacking a friendly smile There's only Bell Boy. and the maid mopping the floor in front of the elevator who chats and greets cutely As for activities, there are few. There is no fitness center. Kayaking requires additional money.The part that should be improved a lot is the extra bed. The mattress is very thin, the thinnest I've ever slept on. Lying down, I felt like I was faced with only a hard wooden plank. The price for extra bed + breakfast is 1,500 baht per person. You should get a better mattress than this.

At first, I had known that Bang Saen's sea water would not be beautiful, but Bang Saen has many nice new locations, so I decided to come. I think the sea water is not beautiful, so choosing to stay in a beautiful hotel would be a good plan. Yes, we chose this hotel. Go look at reviews from many places, lamon 8, hotel pages, and goggle map. I think you won't be disappointed. Yes, you really won't be disappointed.

Very impressed, clean, beautiful view, good atmosphere, able to walk on the beach. Spacious room I like the lemongrass scented shower gel. A very comfortable place to sleep.

Went to stay as a couple. There were 2 rooms open, but that day a friend who lives in Pattaya drove to see us. We went and drank until it was time. I want my friends to stay with me. I don't want to drive back. The staff provided very good service in requesting additional blankets. We said that we would like to pay extra for 1 additional person who sleeps. But the employee informed us that we were staying in 2 rooms, so there was no charge. Really didn't expect that I wouldn't have to pay at all. Even without this matter, I was already impressed with the hotel. The room was clean and the atmosphere was very good. I spoke with my friends in one voice that it was not like the Bangsaen that I had been to when I was a child. If there is an opportunity to use the new service for sure.
