Good location, after the bar closes the area is very quiet until late in the afternoon. Uncomplicated, helpful staff. Room is good, shower is okay, only the pillow is a bit big for me. Price performance fits

Classic scam. They advertise large rooms with two beds which they do not have. When I showed up at the reception by myself, they didn't even try to inform me about it, but they checked me properly. When I entered the room, it was not the suite I had booked I booked 52m2, 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, there was only one bed in that room and the room was less than 20m2. When I returned to the reception, the receptionist made a 20-minute phone call with the manager to take me to see another room where the workers were and which was out of order and is also a small room.After that I talked to the manager where she informed me that they don't have that room. I made my booking 3 days before arrival because they could see that they didn't have that room and not that I would come to the hotel.and I see it with my own eyes. After that, the manager offered me a room in another hotel that was not like the one I booked and it was also almost 2km from the location and it didn't have breakfast on offer, which of course I refused.My advice is to go around this place in a wide arc.

This place may try to rip you off.They kept the whole 1000 baht deposit because my girlfriend left some blood drops on the bedsheets.To be clear, nothing was damaged, all that happened was that the sheets need a quick bleach cleaning. Something so simple, that I could do it myself in 5min (and have done so in the past).

This hotel is being remodeled. Then required to keep my ID or 1,000 THB when I checked in. One night I left my room key at desk and they lost my key. They told me 1,000 THB to replace key. I leaned over the check in counter and my key was sitting there with some other things. The lady apologized. I also told them three days that the spray hose by toilet was ready to leak and could cause a flood. They never fixed it while I was there.I might stay there again, after checking room well and no security deposit, as it is in the middle of the Adult Fun Zone.

I stayed in the hotel for 24 days. Normally I had reservations in other hotels, but when I saw this place, I canceled. This hotel is newly built with new furniture. The staff is very helpful. They help when there is the slightest problem. The only problem was that a couple of times it was not in line to clean my room because of the intensity. Although the hotel is in LK Metro, it is a little noisy and music sounds until 3 am. This situation did not bother me. I will probably choose this place again when I come next year. As an extra note, do not book this hotel in advance. Although I chose a large room on Agoda and paid the price accordingly, they gave the smallest rooms because agoda did not inform the room information to the hotel, I gave the price difference in hand and changed it to a large room. Later, when extending the stay, I did it by paying cash. I stayed cheaper by paying cash than the price on Agoda.

The employees are very nice and helpful. I have no complaints about my room, everything was very clean and the price-performance ratio was right. You're right in the middle of the action, ideal for people who like to party. However, not for people who need peace and quiet.
