Room - Stay in a room for 3 people, get a corner room, 3rd floor, next to the main road. After entering the room for a while, you will start to hear the sound of cars when a big car passes by. I'm afraid that when I sleep, the sound of cars from outside will definitely come in. Therefore intend to request to change rooms. You can use the room for about 20-30 minutes and then go out to buy things. Come back and inform the staff that you will request to change rooms. But the employee informed that the customer had already used the room. If you want to change, you must pay for the entire new room. Here, I would like to ask if it is normal if the room has a problem. (In this case, I don't know if the school sees it as a problem or not.) Will I have to pay again in every case if I request to move rooms? Or it must be a problem such as not flowing water or power outage, only then can you move rooms without paying additional money. And we traveled with a 10-month-old child. At night, the car noise was very loud. We had to put cotton plugs in our ears to sleep. Luckily the baby was able to sleep. But I was startled at times throughout the night. Also, noise from other rooms on the same floor and noise from the room above. Whatever you do, you can hear everything. Even though before booking, the admin informed that 'The room is quite soundproof'. I'd like you to try sleeping in it yourself and see what kind of soundproofing it is? When notifying the front desk employee, the first person tried to change the room but was intercepted by another employee saying that the customer had already used the room and could not change. Must pay all new money Here, I don't want to comment on the employees. But I would like to help find a solution that can help customers more than just this, such as charging this room at half price, etc. Please leave it to the next person who will stay. You may need to check the condition of the room well before using it because if you want to change rooms, you will not be able to do so and must pay the full amount for the new room.Cleanliness - The bed has black mold stains. and the blanket had orange stains on it Plus the refrigerator smells musty. But I admire the soft bed, pillows, and blankets.Breakfast - variety, good taste, diligent service staff. But on the day I went, the coffee maker was broken and there were too many flies.
