Personally, nothing like this has ever happened. I have booked hotels with Agoda many times. Get both cheap promotions and prices that are higher than normal. I would like to speak as a customer and comment on the hotel's services. I booked a hotel through the Agoda application for 22 nights at a cheap price because of a special discount from Goda. Have come to check in and have proof of payment completed and an email from Agoda confirming that this reservation is complete. But when checking in The receptionist gave reasons. Didn't receive email from Agoda and customer reservation number. The customer has contacted Agoda. and got the answer: The customer's email and proof of payment have been sent to the hotel office. But the office confirmed that they had not received the email. Even the customer shows proof of payment and confirmation from Agoda. Still haven't received a response from the office giving permission to check in and stay. I am the person who comes to use the service. Wasted almost 3-4 hours contacting Agoda and finally received a response from the hotel that "The price that the customer has reserved does not match the price of the hotel or, if we use simple words, Got it at a price that was too cheap and the hotel was unable to provide service at this price. That is the reason why check-in was not possible. Which is the customer's fault? If Agoda offers this promotion to the customer and the hotel cannot accept this price. Before we come to check in I called and asked the receptionist. At this price, do I have to pay extra at the hotel? which got the answer that Pay only 1000 baht for the insurance and check in right away. The question is, what is the customer's fault? And wasting another 5-6 hours looking for a new hotel, wasting time, losing feelings. Didn't even receive an apology from the supervisor or hotel staff. If anyone wants to stay here Please check the price and request a detailed agreement. There will be no problems and wasted time like in my case. I didn't leave a review to cause damage to the hotel. But I would like to improve and be clear and straightforward in providing customer service. Because some people have traveled far and want to receive good service and rest. Pay both travel expenses Lost both feelings, lost both money, but did not even receive responsibility or express regret for the hotel's faulty service. Review as an event that actually happened to me and with no intention of causing damage to the hotel. I just want to see responsibility for the situation that occurred.

Good hotel, antique style. The hotel is next to the sea, the atmosphere is very good, the food is delicious, the staff are polite, speak well and smile. Located near 7-Eleven, near the flea market as well. I recommend it to anyone who comes to visit. Definitely impressed when you come 🥰🥰😁

The child went to play in the sand and came back thirsty. Looking at the clock, it's 7:02 a.m. He went in and sat down to eat. Because there is nothing blocking him from being able to sit. We will go and pick up a glass of water and give it to the child to drink. The employee said it opens at 7:30 a.m. We said can we have a glass of water first? The employee couldn't tell. Open for eating at 7:30 a.m. I was so angry that I had to walk to 7-11 to buy bottled water for my child to drink. Until 7:22 a.m., an employee came and said he could eat it. We looked at the clock and thought in our hearts. You must have seen us waiting for a long time. My boyfriend would go and scoop up food, which for breakfast consisted of only fried eggs, ham, toast, rice, 1 type of curry, 1 type of soup, and 3 types of cereals. 1 type of fruit (like selling things) put a little of each like leftovers. But my girlfriend went to scoop it up and was told by the same employee that it wasn't time yet. Now we blurt it out. Do you want me to settle things first with another employee? Can I eat it yet? In my mind I thought not to eat and checked out immediately. As for the children, just sit and wait. Until another employee came and said you could eat it. So we went to scoop up some food to eat: fried eggs, ham, and hot dogs. Little by little, we got used to it. The hot dogs smelled a bit bad. Ham smells the same. So I told my girlfriend to go out to eat. So my girlfriend didn't bring food to eat and got up to pack up the checkout and leave. Poor service, little food and smell. No wonder other people leave bad comments like that. If you've seen them yourself, you'll know. #Bad service.

The worst service At first I said twin room because I paid the price for two rooms. But in the end they didn't stick together, and now I see a bloody picture. We don't mind. Because we're not serious. Now in the morning I checked out and got fined. We saw that it was old blood. So I argued with the employee.

Going to premise this review with I should have read the fine print when I booked.Check in...took 20mins to get to out room, deposit is only available in cash not card hold (even though there are signs everywhere in the hotel for visa and to ditch cash).Got to room, wasn't what we were expecting, photo's showed a double bed and a single (we thought perfect for travelling with a kid).Just turns out it was the angle of the photo's to give the wrong impression, small print states two single beds.After argument with reception to say this is not what we booked, we waited another 20mins to be shown the room from the photo which had 2 singles.Other than the above:Pools are great, staff was generally friendly and there was always someone around cleaning something so looked nice.Is a largish roomShower was in the bath and put water everywhere but that is common in Asia.Alittle bit far from pattaya but still plenty to do, 7eleven very close.If it wasn't for the initial check in, and then followed by the near 20min check out. It would be a great hotel.I did apologise to the staff after I read the booking again, but going by the photos, there are a few that clearly look to have a double/single combo.

At the terrace bar, Mr Natthawat is very friendly and helpful, I just came here for use the bathroom, but his service make me buy 2 bottles of beer , because of his service make me want to stay here for next time . Good hospitality and service mind !!!
