Perhaps the only hotel of this size in an atmospheric Thai style in Pattaya. If you like to live in a stylish and cozy place with a beach nearby, this is it. The owner of the hotel, Mei, is a sweet young girl. I have never seen such a courteous, friendly, smiling and adequate person in every way among any Thai people. She has good English and European mentality. First I came from a Google image to see if everything matched. Mei met me right away, showed me all the options, told me the price - I liked everything. Level 2☀️, but in fact quite 3. Swimming pool, spacious rooms, there are two-room ones with a kitchen, a chic wooden terrace with carved decor, semicircular common balconies with a table and armchairs for two. The room has windows on both sides. According to the conditions, as for me, there is nothing to complain about. There is no hairdryer - do you need one? Kettle, refrigerator, coffee/cream/sugar, soap/shampoo/gel, any towels, 2 bottles of mineral water every day, giant bed, large table, bedside table, huge sofa where you can lounge, can be extended into 2 more beds, wardrobe/ boxes. Swimming pool, shower, sun loungers, bar. Cozy compact courtyard, orchids, bowl with lotus/fish, tables under awnings. Responsive staff. I asked where to buy wine - the owner asked the security guard to take me and bring me on a scooter to the market. May is on site from morning to evening. Without her, the security guard or maid will provide everything you need. I needed a late check-out, at 19:00 - they withheld 300 BTH from the deposit, I'm happy. At the exit from the hotel there is a massage parlor, and there is also a bar with all sorts of crap. But it's always quiet. Dogs do bark, but not dangerously. There are two friendly dogs on the beach, at the hotel they are waiting for someone to accompany them to the beach. One loves hands, the other just pairs with her, but doesn’t like hands, they never bark. The beach is dirty in places, but overall good - there are rocky headlands on both edges, you can snorkel modestly if the water allows it. Sandy strip of 500 meters, sun loungers, awnings, drinks. At low tide the water recedes about 50 meters - the beach is bare and wide. The area is between Jomtien, where the quiet, civilized Pattaya is, all in modern, boring hotels and with a good, but boring beach, and the stuffy, loud, smelly part of Pattaya, where all the night, noisy and shopping life is. The city is separated by a mountain with the Big Buddha, from it to the hotel it’s a 10-15 minute walk. This mountain is a real oasis in a sinful city. There is a beautiful quiet park, a labyrinth of paths up the mountain and the complex itself with a giant golden Buddha. The second part of the mountain, across the roadway, is an observation deck towards Pattaya. Locals say there are a lot of Russians in the Pratamnak area. We met on the street. There was no one with me at the hotel, thank God. Overall, a very inexpensive, nice place with a good location, everything you need is nearby - 7/11, massages, restaurants, taxis, etc. and a caring, pleasant hostess.

Quiet neighborhood in busy Pattaya. Convenient scooter rental and massage around the corner. 7 eleven close by. Nice neat room! Brand new bathroom! Well maintained swimming pool (no joints cracked or dirty, all clean and like new). Dear all. You can order American breakfast and something to drink in the bar. If you want a simple meal, you can eat at the neighbors or in the bamboo hut garden two streets away at 'Kwan'. More luxurious is right next door at Birds, with a sea view.We came here after having a terrible experience at another apartment in the phratamnak district. This felt like coming home! We slept on the 3rd floor, comfortable air conditioning, new refrigerator, everything spotlessly clean and a separate bedroom and comfortable sofa for our 5-year-old son.Nice seat on the veranda/balcony/terrace.Regular fireworks at the golf course hotel around 7:30 PM, super impressive!

Very friendly staff, nice swimming pool and very quiet place 👍Only thing is you need to pack your vehicle outside the main road but if you are traveling by motorcycle than is not an issue. 😊 walking distance to the beach and many pub nearby. Thumbs up 👍
