Nice place in the city. No noise from traffic. As i understood also can get tuk tuk to pick up from the hotel to go see the town. Very close to 7/11 and a short walk away from local streetfood market.

We loved staying at this charming family-run guesthouse in Ayutthaya. The peaceful, minimalist vibe and attention to design made it feel like a relaxing retreat. The spacious wooden terrace overlooking a back-door river added to the laidback atmosphere.Despite the remote village feel, the location is quite central in Ayutthaya. The lovely host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, even taking us on a fun bicycle tour of ancient temples and markets. There are several free bikes available for guest use.With its character and hospitality, this is a 10/10 guesthouse I'd highly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in Ayutthaya with more charm than a typical hotel.

The best place ever I have stayed in Ayutthaya. Large bedroom, super comfy bed, very clean and spacious communual area to sit and chill. Complamentary breasfast and coffee were supurb. The owner, P'Oil and her family were so caring and friendly. Highly recommended for couple, family or people who love quiet and decent place to stay. Will definitely visit again!

Overall, I really like the place.The atmosphere is very good, the wind is cool.There is a balcony to sit and enjoy the cool breeze.Next to the water's edgeThere are hammocks, swings, tables, and chairs for you to sit at.Lots of trees, trimmed and well taken care of. There are no leaves to look messy.The mattress is comfortable to sleep in, but when moving it can be a bit noisy.The high pillow is just right.The air conditioner is cool.There are hair dryers, towels, hair towels, shampoo, body soap, and bottle openers available.There is a water heater. small refrigerator Television with boxThe air conditioner is cool.The door is glass, closed with curtains.The owner takes care very well. Despite the bustling city location, this wonderful family-run guesthouse felt like a peaceful oasis with its minimalist design and tranquil outdoor spaces. The large wooden porch overlooking the river was perfect for relaxing and taking in the serene views. The hosts welcomed me with thoughtful hospitality and genuineness. Complimentary bicycles are also available.I couldn't have asked for a better homebase while visiting Ayutthaya's incredible attractions. With its cozy ambiance and stellar service, this guesthouse exceeded my expectations and is a true gem.

It was a very impressive vacation. The owner is very cute and friendly. He took me cycling to a nearby temple and also took me to the market to buy food. As for the room I stayed in, I really liked it. I took a photo and it was like a Japanese feeling. In the room there was a very big air conditioner. Very cool, clean room, clean bathroom, and has a hair dryer. The dining table is wooden. The big chair is comfortable to sit on. Outside there are lots of places to sit. There are many photo corners. Sitting outside at noon isn't hot. Because it's full of trees, it's shady, cool, and there's quite a lot of parking. Not far from tourist attractions as well. Whoever wants to come and relax, come here 💖💖

Clean, quiet accommodation, good atmosphere next to the water. Shady trees There are bicycles to ride to the temple. You can go to markets around the city. There are boats for rowing in the canal. Love the local breakfast, fresh coffee.The owner is very hospitable, friendly, kind, and very attentive.

Personally, I'm very impressed. we travel aloneI accidentally found it on the map, looking for a place to sleep because I traveled to many places. In the evening, I slept there. The accommodation is homestay style. Loft mixed with minimalism, clean, calm, which I think you should find this style in this area. This atmosphere is quite difficult and full.Worth the price. The atmosphere invites you to focus on yourself. The owner is very cute, friendly and kind 😃

We were warmly welcomed into the accommodation.The hostess is very nice and supports as best she can. On the first evening she even drove us to the local market and picked us up again.The accommodation is completely self-made and is constantly being improved. So I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like on my next visit.Clean, good bed and good breakfast top it all off.We felt very comfortable!
