Instructions

Break the ramen noodles into pieces and place them in a medium skillet. Cook in butter over medium heat until browned. Stir in almonds and sesame seeds, cooking gently to avoid burning. Add the seasoning packet from the noodles and let cool. Once cooled, toss with cabbage and green onions in a large bowl.

For the dressing, whisk together vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Drizzle over the salad, toss well, and serve immediately.
