Pork Chops in White Wine Sauce

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup

10 ¾ fluid ounces white cooking wine

1 cup water

1 (4 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them in a little oil until lightly browned on both sides. Drain off excess oil.

In a bowl, combine the mushroom soup, white wine, water, and sliced mushrooms.

Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops, cover, and simmer on low heat for about one hour, until the chops are tender.
