Next week, Jeff and I are setting sail on an eight-day cruise! I can't wait to escape for a week and unwind without being glued to my computer (though I'll definitely be bringing it – I’m not that reckless).
To kick off our upcoming getaway and celebrate World Cocktail Day tomorrow (!!!), I've teamed up with Dinogo to share a cocktail recipe inspired by our travel plans. It’s a Pineapple Mango Rum Punch and has quickly become my new favorite drink. So delicious! Keep reading for the recipe and some details about our upcoming adventure.

We’re off to the Southern Caribbean with Dinogo on the 20th, and this rum punch feels just right for the occasion. I wonder if they’ll have something similar on the Dinogo Vista? Or perhaps at one of the beautiful beaches we’ll be visiting....
On this trip, we’re visiting Aruba, Dominican Republic, Curacao, and Turks & Caicos, and I can hardly contain my excitement. I'm especially thrilled about Curacao and Aruba. No matter how many times I explore the Caribbean, I always find myself wanting to go back. I really adore tropical getaways above all else.
That being said, I understand that not everyone is gearing up for a tropical escape. BUT with this rum punch recipe, you can at least experience a taste of the tropics. It’s slightly sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. Plus, it has a refreshingly bright flavor – like it’s come straight from a Caribbean juice bar that’s known for mixing up a few cocktails. Now, that’s a spot I’d love to check out. 🙂
Here’s how to make Pineapple Mango Rum Punch…

Ingredients for Pineapple Mango Rum Punch (serves 1 cocktail)
• 3 oz pineapple coconut juice
• 3 oz coconut rum (light or dark rum can be used as alternatives)
• 1 oz mango juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• a splash of grenadine (primarily for presentation)
• lime slices and/or orange zest for garnish
• edible flowers for decoration
Note for preparing larger quantities: If you're making a punch instead of a single serving, consider the ounce measurements above as parts. For instance, if you're preparing a big batch of pineapple mango rum punch, you’d use 3 parts pineapple coconut juice, 3 parts coconut rum, 1 part mango juice, and 1 part orange juice.
Instructions for Making Pineapple Mango Rum Punch
Mix all the juices (pineapple coconut, mango, and orange) along with the rum. Stir well. Pour the mixture over ice and add a splash of grenadine for a pop of color. The grenadine will settle at the bottom, creating a beautiful ombre effect. Finally, top with lime, orange zest, and edible flowers for a stunning garnish.
