These Boutique Hotels Will Lend You Stylish Accessories During Your Stay—At No Cost

For travelers committed to a carry-on only lifestyle, those who often forget items from their packing list, or anyone wanting to spice up their outfit, a certain boutique hotel brand has the solution.

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has announced an exciting collaboration with Anthropologie, allowing guests to borrow trendy and fun accessories like belts, bags, and sunglasses at no cost during their stay. This initiative is part of Kimpton’s “Forgot It? We’ve Got It!” program.

“Since accessories are frequently the first things to be forgotten or left behind when packing, this collaboration with Anthropologie offers guests a stylish remedy for those who may have forgotten the ideal clutch or sunglasses, or wish to enhance their outfit with something special for the season,” said Kathleen Reidenbach, SVP of marketing and commercial for IHG Luxury & Lifestyle Americas and Kimpton Global, in a statement.

Starting August 1, guests at the 19 participating hotels nationwide will gain access to Anthropologie’s virtual storefront, showcasing a curated selection of items that will change with the seasons. The summer collection features eight accessories, including a woven leather shoulder bag and tinted aviator sunglasses. Once at the hotel, guests can borrow items directly from the front desk for free.

Items must be returned before checkout, but guests can purchase them on Anthropologie.com if they wish to keep a favorite bag or belt.

As a brand, Kimpton is recognized for its distinctive offerings, such as book and house plant lending programs, complimentary therapy sessions, and free happy hours at select locations.
