Large, clean rooms, fully equipped. Basic utensils, wardrobe, large bed, toiletries in the shower, towels, balcony.The owner has a laundry service for 50bath/kg.You can also rent scooters, which are at very good prices. At the owner's place you will also organise tours from different offices (he has leaflets).The location is very good and there is also parking for scooters.Very good place, very good price, great and helpful owners.

Great experience staying here, the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, good strong air con .Location is great being on the main road there are lots of restaurants and shops around. All the staff here are so kind and helpful. Great value for what you get. Thank you so much to Mai and the team.

Nice family, good location, great apartment & finally a soft bed! The room and bathroom are very clean. Air conditioning works perfectly. There is a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and even a microwave. Room service is done every few days. There is even a small balcony for all guests. There is a bar with billiards right next to the property. There is also a cheap scooter rental nearby. Unfortunately there are only a few minimarts, but you can easily get to the Lanta Market (large supermarket) by scooter. You can also book excursions and onward journeys with the family. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would come back at any time. We had a total of 7 accommodations throughout Thailand and this was by far the best!

Good, clean, large, and affordable rooms. Great location especially if you're working in the coworking space (KoHub) -- you walk out of the rear gate and you're in the front of KoHub.

The pra la apartments was perfect, spacious, very clean, good air conditioning, really comfy bed, by some great and cheaper food options and 5mins walk from the beach.The tour company that is infront of this and had a shared front desk/owner we had very mixed experiences with.For just booking a tour it will be fine. But we had a few issues with a couple of other things:Muay thai: we paid 800baht and were told it included transport to and from the stadium. At the end of the muay thai there was no one there to pick us up, we got no communication, explanation or apology for the fact no one was there to pick us upMotorbike - as motorbikes are quite sold out on the island, we booked 2 days in advance and the lady said this was no problem and it would be here at 10am. 2 days later we ask for the motorbike and she acts like we never even reserved through her and just rings all the motorbike agencies then and there, luckily there just happened to be one motorbike left. The next person who came behind me was unable to get one and she said we got ‘lucky’.. we didn’t get lucky we asked you to book it 2 days ago but you did not..We wanted to stay an extra 2 nights as the apartments were so nice, we agreed this with the lady, however the next day she asked us when we were checking out as apparently we could only stay one extra night not two as we had agreed. Again i felt let down and communication was really lacking.Taxi - when we needed to change hotels we asked for help getting a taxi, she said just hail one down, which is fine. But when we did the driver quoted 300baht for a 4min drive only 3km away!! We had gone 6km the day before for 100baht. The lady did not help at all even though we had stayed with her for the last 5 days and had booked everything through her.And lastly this isn’t specific to this agency as all the tour agencies charge same price but the bus prices are crazy, 400baht to trang and 750baht to satun is mad expensive. The minibus to trang had no aircon, and even at foreigner price should have cost less than 200baht. The bus from trang to satun was 60baht if it was bought at trang bus station, the agency charged us 350baht. Its crazy how much all the agencies on koh lanta are overcharging for buses.Although the accomadation is perfect, i was really dossapointed with the service by the tour agency its connected too/run by.

These rooms are a great place to stay for several days. Large clean rooms with air con, large fridge, conveniently located near cheap places to eat and 7 Eleven. Mae and her family are really helpful and the beach is a 5 minute away. Kohub is very close and Cheeky Monkey Bar is just to the side. Highly recommended.

The room that you get is worth more than the price. Room price in the hundredsNot more than 500 baht, but the room is spacious, clean, has 2 showers, has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and dining table, with cutlery and spoons provided. The owner and family are very cute and take good care of us.

Actually super nice, rooms clean, people nice, cheap mopeds and bicycles. But unfortunately it's incredibly loud because the front of the house is open to the busy street, which means it doesn't have a wall! …
