We were super excited to spend a few nights at Puteri Lanta, as we were traveling with friends and family. The price was 8000 THB per night for a 3-bedroom villa with pool, so not cheap at all.2 bedrooms were really beautiful and incredibly spacious. The third bedroom however actually was a part of the living room, which was not clear in the pictures. Even worse, that third bedroom actually was the only way to get access to the pool! So every time other guests wanted to swim, they had to come through our bedroom which was super annoying. Also the upper bedroom above us, we could hear every single thing as the ceiling was so thin and small, and even had holes so you could look to the other room. One of the jacuzzis was leaking badly so could not use. When we checked in, the fridge was still full of food from previous guests.The positive thing was the communication over WhatsApp. Whenever we needed something, send on Whatsapp and you get a quick response.The villa was kind of a disappointment for us to be fair.

Fantastic place to stay on Koh Lanta.
Located in a nice section of the island.
Accommodation is very spacious and luxurious.
The infinity pool is a brilliant place to watch the sunset!

We found nothing negative in this resort, starting with the kindness of the Staff: what a joy!!!We were in villa 13, a haven of peace! the rooms are magnificent and the view superb.Would not change a thingTHANKSVeronica and Yoyo

The room is spacious, there is a wide pool, the atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are friendly, the view is very beautiful, the beach is not far away. Surrounded by nature If there is a chance, I will stay here again.

Hotel is old and needs maintenance, in our room we had huge hole in the ceiling. Wifi doesn’t work. Lots of dust/spider webs, cleaning needs some improvement.Another big problem is awful smell outside of villa, near restaurant and pool area, they have old dump nearby and it smells terrible.Staff initially agreed to cancel our reservation, but after 1 day of waiting told us that they will not cancel because we left negative review. We left after 1 night here, it is the worst hotel we ever stayed.Bike rental is overpriced compared to other places(Samui, Pha-ngan) and not maintained properly.

What a find! This place is nestled up on the side of the hill with amazing views. It is a very steep hill so not for those with mobility problems, however the lovely staff gave us a lift up the hill with our luggage! (Lifesaver!) …

This was much fist time staying here on Koh Lanta and could not have chosen a better place to stay. We got the two bedroom villa that comes with 2 bathrooms, a comment area, and a living room. It is very spacious and clean. The service is on point. When you ask, you normally will receive it. The location is desirable as it is located, maybe a 3 minute walk to restaurants and maybe a 15-minute scooter ride from the best beaches around. I would highly recommend this spot for a calm getaway. Please note that you are on an island, so please remember there are some wildlife you will encounter. Not much, but there is still a big chance you will. Happy travels to you.

Nice and charming wood thai houses but kind of worn out, The sink was broken and poorly fixed fx. A lot of noise. We got woken up by the staff (!!) using the pool and being extremely noisy at 7.30 on a sunday.There were a smell of garbage around the pool area.Dont order food unless you can wait 45 minuts.Nice area, a lot to do and good food nearby.

The area is quiet, only sometimes you hear the scooters, nice view of the sunset from the balcony.Very friendly staff. The rooms (living and sleeping areas) are spacious and cleaning and towels were changed every day, even when there was no need. It is only a 5 minute walk to shopping, the beach and restaurants. If you want to eat something luxurious for a change, you can do so at the Pimalai Hotel, which is about a 7-minute walk away.Steep climb up to the bungalow, you save yourself the gym :)The towels and bed linen were clean and the bed linen had a pleasant fabric. The furnishings are getting old, but everything is clean and works perfectly. It's about 40 minutes by car from the pier.
