Cha-Cha hotel

We rent a Scooter from the Hotel and WE already payed the First day. We we're Not Sure If we Take the Scooter for 2-3 days. So we wanted to pay the Rest at the Last day. In the evening of the second day an employe Said to us that we didnt Tell the truth for the time to give back the Scooter and he want to call the Police for no reason

You are threatened with the police if you hand in the scooter. You are also portrayed as a liar. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Never again!!

Great accommodation with the possibility of washing clothes and renting a scooter with a very caring receptionist. Cozy rooms, clean swimming pool at the hotel, possibility of great breakfasts.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious. The small outdoor area with table is a plus. The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is excellent!! The swimming pool is pleasant.

The establishment is due for a good deep clean and tender loving care! The table for the TV and Sat Box set was covered in sticky dust. The remote controls also covered in dust and stacked up behind the TV. Then the night stand on one side was full of sand. The bed bord, the tea kettle and mirror covered with sticky dust thats been there for ages… both water glasses were filthy, then you look behind the clothes hamper and trash can and dust balls roll for freedom…Since were going to stay here for 7 nights… we figured we would clean what we could. Then we tried the TV and notice that there are no batteries in the remote and actually only 1 plug, so you cant actually use the Sat box and TV at the same time. We advised front desk, they came to our room to see what was happening, so we showed them the dust at the same time, the man smiled nervously but did nothing about it. Then he said he would get a new TV and Sat box after trying several solutions.. Someone came on the last day to attempt fixing it. They mentioned it was only Thai stations, so we said not to bother.In the 7 nights we were there, we asked for room cleaning twice. They passed the broom and made our bed. Thats about it! We never received new towels nor did they change the sheets. We went to Front desk mid week to ask for new towels. They emptied the trash once and we actually had to bring the trash to the front desk on the second cleaning. They never provided new soap, water, toilet paper or coffee. We asked front desk toilet paper…They never cleaned the shower drain so my boyfriend actually had to do that to let the water drain.The mattress is quite old and sinks in several places, it would need to be changed. The sheets have permanent stains and the some towels have shreds.We also found 3 different laminated papers with 3 different hotel names and wifi passwords hidden under the tea kettle, so this gives you an idea how the cleaning is just not done properly.The door lock is rusted and it takes several attempts to lock and unlock, patience is required.At 7am, they pass the broom on the balcony and bang on several things, so no need for an alarm clock!We’ve been traveling in Thailand for 3 months now, this was our 45th hotel room. We booked this hotel based on the fact that it was 8.2 on Booking. We however noticed after reading other reviews that we were not the only ones to experience the lack of cleaning and replenishing of amenities.

We’ve been staying here for over a week and absolutely love it. Staff is super nice a friendly, rooms are clean and perfect size for families. Pool is perfect too.The restaurant has the best breakfast we found on koh lanta so far. Portions are big and presentation is absolutely stunning. Meals are also delicious and beautiful. The vibe all around is chill and professional.

Best breakfast on Lanta! You get a very generous, delicious and gorgeous breakfast, complete with fresh fruits, fruit juice and a legit coffee. They also have kid-friendly options. All for 180 TBH, which, for what you get, is also a great bang for the buck. It’s a relax setting, away from the noisy road and busy beach. The restaurant serves a good variety of Thai and European meals. Every meal I’ve tried there (all Thai) tasted fabulous, with Instagram-worthy presentation. Above all, service is courteous and fast too. Prices are cheaper than those found on the beach for an equally (if not better!) experience. Definitely worth a try if you’re on Lanta.
