Avoid this place if you like a pleasant carefree holiday.Very outdated, poorly stocked, and dirty rooms with mould on the wall. Noise from neigbouring rooms, construction nearby, the traffic from the road in front and mosque praying disturbs a normal sleep.Stairs in the hotel are dangerously small, steep and slippery. There is often no staff in reception, and not pickup phones while calling.Staff that is there is poorly trained and lacks normal human communication skills. No service on site like food, drinks, or breakfast.Worst was they rented out a motorbike to us that broke down suddenly while driving on one of the hills. There were some very disturbing loud noise coming from the bike and a lot of smoke, we were lucky to not get injured or worse.Staff and owner of Lanta Nice Beach House was not reachable by phone, so we had to take a taxi back to the hotel to solve matters. They at first not even apologised for not checking and maintaining their motorbike well.

A nice hotel in a good location. From here you can quickly reach both the north and south of the island by scooter.The rooms are very large and bright. The furnishings are modern, but some are already showing their age.Cleanliness is only okay to a limited extent, as we had a lot of friends in the room and even in the bed.The service was really good at first, but after a while you don't even say hello back.

We booked online as the prices seemed reasonable for the standard offered. Little did we expect the rooms were going to be this spacious and with such a beautiful view! The staff was super friendly and they serve the best KFC-style chicken on the island, maybe in the whole Thailand. They offer free transportation to their sister hotel beach resort.

Beautiful accommodation with modern furniture and a very comfortable bed. It is located in a quiet area near shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is also nearby.Nice and helpful staff.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly service and free transfer to the beach, where we can eat something in the restaurant or rent a towel and relax by the pool. When the air conditioning in our room broke down, we were immediately moved to another, even nicer, room.
