The hotel is quite old judging by the condition of the room, but no complaint since the rate is very cheap (during low season, not sure during high season). Recommended if you're on a budget, pool access room for less than 200/night.

Amazing view from terrace over sand bar and blue seas. The beach needs a routine clean up though it's very comforting from the resort itself. This is a hidden germ, the staff are friendly, food is five star service great, location perfect. Please keep this paradise clean.

We spend 4 nights there my girlfriend and I and I have to say how happy we are from our stay. The overall look of the rooms may seems a bit old indeed, but the service from the personal is just amazing and balance the rooms a bit vintage in my opinion. Nice pool, great breakfast and one more time, amazing team. Really worth it for its cheap price.

Very old rooms and the place itself very poorly maintained. The only good thing was the pool view en location but everything else was awful. We stayed there two nights and definitely we don’t recommend it

CATASTROPHIC!!It's not my type to review a hotel but this is too much... the basic place is quite cute with a beautiful swimming pool and palm trees with a sea viewFirstly, know that if you wanted a beautiful beach for swimming in front of the hotel, forget it… this beach is not swimmable, sticks to the port and at low tide 90% of the timeThen the rooms, worst hotel I have seen in my life because they are infested with pests! It's not normal to leave rooms like this filled with bedbugs for sale! And ants flying under the duvet, in the pillow and in fact absolutely from floor to ceiling…The common areas are absolutely covered in beasts as well, you can hear the other customers shouting at the end of the evening when they have to cross this corridor because it is so unpleasantI understand that we are on an island etc. but I know the place well and I have not seen this anywhere else…!! And finally what annoys me the most is the bad behavior of the staff! Who barely apologizes... nothing more, not even a commercial gesture, not even a bottle of water to apologize for making me sleep with bedbugs and find myself infested! Shame…I am taking steps with booking because this is totally unacceptableOh yes also when I wanted to reserve a scooter at the hotel I was asked to leave my passport as a deposit? The worst possible flag is what, we never leave a passport behindAnd the staff refuses any other method of deposit, so I gave up the idea of renting a scooter because there is no question of getting scammed like thisAnd you should know… the hotel is isolated, far from all the nice places on the island, the only useful thing nearby is the 7 elevenThe only positive point honestly is the very good and complete breakfast.

Accommodation suitable for the price Located near a source of food Breakfast is very delicious, garlic fried rice. Everything else is ok. As for the room, the TV can't be viewed. The shower is built into the wall and cannot be adjusted. Hotel condition according to age But it's okay.

Pros :- super helpful and attentive staff. Very friendly, happy to help out with anything.- close to the pier (walking distance so no need for a car transfer that might be costly, also close for day trip excursions, and lovely night market with all kinds food and a nice vibe from a walking distance- good air conditioning- breakfast was included and is decentCons:- way too expensive for the quality of the room. Definitely not 3 stars hotel- everything needs to be refreshed, especially the bathroom were just full of mold spots (check picture)- overall not feeling so clean- swimming pool water not so clean and smells strongly to chlorine- advertise the beach but the beach is not so nice compared to most of the beaches in Lanta and high/low tide makes a big difference.

Important to mention directly: DO NOT BOOK!In the evening there was a MASSIVE insect “attack”. No joke, there are easily 200 creepy crawlies in all the rooms. Everywhere on the floor, on the bed and in the luggage. After much back and forth, we were allowed to move into a new room. It was okay there but there were some there too. Canceling would have cost extra. ALL IN ALL DO NOT BOOK HERE. Really bottomless.

I wanted to book straight away and took a look. The location is quite good. Various restaurants and massages, as well as shopping opportunities, are within walking distance.I was greeted warmly in the lobby and offered the opportunity to look at the rooms.A deluxe room... everything was a bit run down on the way there. The room itself (2,200 THB per night) was old and not at all pleasant. There was also an old smell in the room. I skipped checking out the superior room (1,700 THB per night). The pool looked good, although quite small.All in all, the pictures on the internet were taken a long time ago and are long out of date. The price is outrageously high for these rooms.NOT RECOMMENDED

The big positive point of the hotel is its staff, adorable and very smiling.The setting is idyllic, especially at high tide.The room was perfect and everything was clean.Very good breakfast.The only (small) negative points are access to WiFi which did not always work and consumption which is quite expensive.I recommend 100%!

Hi, as a digital nomad I really need good internet and often 10mb/s is more than okay, but here we had to use 70% of time just hotspot and our own data because internet was unusable. Food here was mediocre and prices for drinks pretty expensive. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Long pool smelled too much of chlorine and in both pools needs more often cleaning, cause on the corners there was some kind of foam. I would probably not come back to this hotel next time, but I'm not saying it's bad either if you don't care about things I mentioned.

The hotel is quite ok.What I liked- the staff was super nice- the pool and access to the beach & ocean- The view of our room was quite nice- location is good - super quiet but restaurants and night market are within walking distanceWhat I did not like:- The room could benefit from some renovation- a lot of ants on the balcony (even 2nd floor)- no elevator (buggy)- only a few sun beds which were unfortunately mostly blocked anyway by some guests by their towelsWhat could be improved:- breakfast options for vegetarians- coffee options like cappuccino etc and also plant based milk- towels looked quite used - meaning a lot of years in use. They were clean every time but some new ones would not hurt
