The location is good, you can find everything close like 7/11, restaurant beach. The staff kind and the free breakfast is also good. I was in September, I had own room.

Ideal for recharging your batteries. The atmosphere is really soft and pleasant. The places are clean. The rooms are large (locker, night light, lamp, curtains, storage). The morning breakfast is very good. Tea and coffee flow all day for free. ❤️(it is better to know how to drive a scooter to be able to visit the island)

Very calm and one of the nicest hostels i‘ve ever stayed at. Very good price for what you get. The interior design is so nice, everything is very clean and staff is very friendly. A bit further away than other hostels, but a five minute walk from 7/11 and a really nice beach. Would only recommend!!

Great place: clean rooms with AC; quiet and beautiful spaces to work and chill; friendly staff; delicious free breakfast.Only wish: an air-conditioned washroom😅 The semi-indoors washrooms are clean and nice-looking, but kind of hot🥵

The cutest hostel with nice bathrooms, cozy beds and I met the best people here. Definitely a good social but chill vibe. And the south seems a much better place to be than the north in my opinion, if you’re worried about not enough going on it’s kinda the same everywhere

Really clean and well designed hostel. Good showers and toilets, and the bunks have full curtains so you get privacy, the bed was also pretty big. Breakfast in the morning is really good. The nearest beach is nice, and the small town (more of a village in size) has some decent and cheap restaurants. Friendly staff and a good place to meet people and it was starting to feel like home by the end. There were a lot of mosquitoes when I visited and the only truly enclosed spaces were the room and corridor, but I guess it’s the time of year and hard to deal with the sheer number of them.

It has totally met my expectations.I read the comments here and on Hostelworld, and everything good they said about it ended up being true.I came from Aonang, a little scalded by the fact that it was such a touristy and inauthentic area, and I was looking for something exactly like that.The experience at Kao Lantah was fantastic and that was helped by the attention and welcome of this local family. Breakfast included is a plus that is not usually common in hostels.The area is quiet, but with all the facilities.

Had an amazing stay here. The rooms are great for sleeping, dark with decent curtains. The rooms have big lockers too. Great bathrooms, and lovely breakfast.Most importantly though the staff were so helpful, I had to do a remote interview during my stay and they let me use their office space ensuring no one interrupted me, and when I asked is there any chance you'd have a suit jacket I could borrow, they had two options lined up for me that they brought from home! Social but quiet vibe due to the location being in a quieter area of the island, still has all the amenities around you that you would need.

The best hostel I've ever been to. The accommodation is great, you immediately feel at home. The open concept of the lounge area is unique. The staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to help if there is something. The rooms were very clean. Since the beds in the dormitories have a curtain, you always have a feeling of privacy. The bunks also have lights and a USB connection :) For travelers who miss their dog, there is the sweet Hmi (means bear in Thai), who is always in the entrance area in the evening and is open for petting. Fe Breakfast, which is included, can be between two Options can be selected, A:2 slices of toast, butter, watermelon, pineapple, banana and fried egg or B: instead of a fried egg, the fluffiest scrambled egg there isThe shower has low water pressure and the toilet seats are a bit too small for the toilets, but that's really complaining at a high level!

I thought the hostel was just a dream. There are 10 beds in the dormitory and I still had the feeling that I had privacy and peace when I needed it. For a long time I didn't even notice who belonged to this room, it was so private. It's generally very clean. The floor was occasionally a bit dirty but totally understandable with so many people in one room.Toilet edges are not as wide as the toilet itself but I was actually able to get used to it and bathrooms are really tricky for me.I think the atmosphere is great there. I would absolutely come back and have recommended it at every opportunity❤️

Super cozy hostel! The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included (eggs, toast and fruits). The hostel has a comfortable outdoor area to sit. You always meet other travelers there. We met lots of nice people and went on trips together! The location is very quiet, there is a beach, a few restaurants and a supermarket.

If I could give 10 starts I would! Amazing hostel, actually feels like a 5 star hotel. The people from the hostel are the nicest and do everything to assist you. It even includes an amazing breakfast with lovely fresh fruit. This is by far my best hostel experience. If I ever come back I know where to go. Btw, don’t believe the negative reviews on this page, nothing about it is true.

Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in around Thailand so far!The functionality of the beds are amazing! I was in a 6 bunk room, top bunk, huge curtain that covers the whole way (unlike many hostels I’ve been to that have this half curtain thing?! Literally no privacy). Multiple cupboards for storing things next to your bed, even a little table that pops out for your laptop etc.The bathrooms are gorgeous and very clean and there’s even a house cat! Who’s super friendly!It isn’t a huge place but has everything you’d need! Definitely recommend renting a motorbike, as it is on the far end of the island. However the local shops and streets are beautiful, quiet, relaxed and the people here are nicer than in the city like Krabi.

I was little dissapointed that it is way too quiet, but as days went, I really started to like the atmosphere, seeing people come and go, having converesations, superb free breakfasts, going out with other guests. I wish that toilet seats had toppings that matched size of toilet itself and there was somewhere to hang your clothes when going showering. For local good cheap lunch or dinner meals go to Som Tam in the Alley, it’s 5 min walk. To get to hostel and later be able to discover freely, I reccommend renting scooter as soon you arrive in Lanta and get off from boat/ferry, for example Sala motorbike tour, although there are many options.

Best Hostel I’ve been to in Thailand so far!! Staff is very kind and the hostel is very comfy, the beds are perfect u have much place and privacy and the sanitary are very clean and modern. It’s a very social hostel with lots of different place to chill, I totally recommend it :)

Been traveling through Asia for 3 months and this is the best hostel so far! Lovely comfortable beds with nice lights by your bed. The rooms are very dark and soundproof, so you have a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast is very tasty and there is free coffee, tea and filtered water all day long. Also a kitchen available and a 7/11 within walking distance. Enough space to rest, such as in the many bean bags with a beautiful view. The beach is also within walking distance. Really a great hostel and would recommend it to everyone! (Tip take mosquito spray with you)
