The cute room is a bamboo room. The price is not too high when compared. There is a hot water kettle provided. There is a welcome drink of herbal water, very cute.

The price-to-quality ratio of this establishment leaves much to be desired. The bungalows, particularly the older ones, are overpriced given their condition. Although we were greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, the rush to show us our room indicated a lack of attention to detail. The owner seemed preoccupied with other customers at the busy bar, which is understandable.Our disappointment grew upon entering our bungalow. The older units, primarily constructed of bamboo and wood, exhibited significant wear and tear, with noticeable gaps in the flooring. The photos provided online did not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodations. Cleanliness was also lacking throughout the premises, with deteriorating doors and a front entrance that failed to close securely, posing a potential security risk. Resorting to makeshift measures to secure the door overnight was concerning.Additionally, the intermittent noise from objects falling on the roof, often caused by nearby monkeys, detracted from the overall experience. We observed monkeys accessing neighboring bungalows through gaps between walls and ceilings, raising hygiene and safety concerns.Despite voicing our concerns to the owner, they were largely dismissed. While we understand that some issues may be beyond their control, their indifferent attitude did little to alleviate our dissatisfaction. The noise disturbances, which were audible from the bar, were not addressed promptly. Although some efforts were made to deter the monkeys (once!), the overall response felt inadequate.Basic amenities, such as cold water and aging bathroom facilities, were standard. However, the presence of mosquito nets with large holes and a lack of maintenance conveyed an attitude of neglect. It was evident that guests staying in newer bungalows and restaurant clientele received preferential treatment, further exacerbating the feeling of being undervalued as paying customers.In conclusion, the disregard for guest satisfaction and the apparent prioritization of certain guests over others marred our experience. Improvement in maintenance standards and customer service is warranted to justify the prices charged. We would not come back and regret staying 3 nights. Moreover, discovering rat droppings in the bathroom on the last night added to our disappointment and raised significant hygiene concerns (feel free to see pictures attached).

An incredibly great place to unwind. The bungalows have been lovingly renovated: simple and simple to modern and comfortable. The perfect location makes it easy to reach Long Beach, Buffalo Bay and all other places. The service that Linn and his family provide every day is unbeatable. They are always friendly, helpful and try to make every wish come true. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely time.

Great recommendation!!! We discovered the resort by chance and couldn't be happier with our stay. Arrival was super relaxed, we immediately received chilled drinks and the key to our bungalow! The place is beautiful, both the area surrounded by trees, the platform under a cashew tree illuminated at night, and the bungalows themselves! Super clean and spacious. The heat outside wasn't a problem with a good fan and the mosquito net saved us a lot of bites. In addition, the mattress and cushions were more comfortable than in all the hostels before. So we slept wonderfully! The food was great, since we don't eat meat we were offered all dishes that were vegetarian for us. So we had a large selection of dishes that also tasted wonderful. There are various choices of coffee, as with everything else we can only say positive things. In general, the operators made every effort to optimize your stay. We were helped with all of our questions, her English was very good which made communication very uncomplicated. We were able to borrow a scooter for little money, which made it easier to explore the island and which we were even allowed to keep for half a day longer. The sea was also a 5-minute walk away and the beach was super beautiful and deserted.When we left we were spontaneously driven to the boat, our luggage was carried and he even put a bench in the shade for us so that we could have a comfortable wait. All in all, the place is really special and the price-performance ratio is unique! Thank you for the great time, we already miss it and look forward to further visits!

The new houses (with pointed roofs) are a lot larger than the bamboo huts and slightly less cheap. However, they are also much lighter and noisier. Something often falls on the roof. Good beds. Next year another bamboo hut, a bit quieter and much darker. Here you should drink coffee and eat good food. Nice staff.
