Mimi and the staff are very kind and helpful and responded warmly to every small request 🙏🏽The only downside (really the only one) is that the bathroom and shower are not air conditioned, but as soon as we asked for a fan we got itThey even treated us to a young coconut!Service above and beyond 💙

We spent our last day here before departure.When we arrived the garden had a real WOW factor. The facility is so detailed and lovingly designed. Incredible!The rooms are at least as nice. The owner, a very pleasant and relaxed Swiss man, welcomed us warmly and provided us with fresh coconuts.Since we had to leave the room at 12 the next day and our flight wasn't scheduled to take off until 9:30 p.m., we were able to enjoy the pool, use towels and shower all day long. Very accommodating.Conclusion:Even though the main street is very noisy, this hotel is an oasis and offers everything you need. Full recommendation and 5 stars from us.

Traditional Thai home experience. Basic rooms with shower that was over the toiler (had to manually hold). Good location, very near the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary.

The place is magnificent, the villas are superbly decorated in Thai style, the garden is lush. The swimming pool is small but as there are few accommodations (2 villas and 2 rooms), there are not many people, we never had to share it.The beach is a 10-minute walk away, as is Fisherman´s Village, a 7/11 just a few meters away, as well as a bakery if you are craving croissants and baguettes

The building and garden are wonderful!We stayed for 7 nights with 4 people and we had a comfortable stay.However, the living/dining room on the first floor was difficult to use, so I always ate on the terrace on the upper floor.Towels are changed once every 3 days, so if possible, I would like to change them every day. Also, cleaning was supposed to be done every day, but there were days when it wasn't done (although it wasn't a problem). There were days when only the sheets were changed, and I wish they would also clean and change towels on the same day the sheets were changed.It was a small pool, but since the number of guests was small, we rarely had to share it with other people.

A lot of noise until the middle of the night, although we were informed that this would be due to a market and a holiday event that took place nearby, but it was unbearable. In addition, the room is sealed with no windows and the air conditioner turns itself off during the night. Shower also without ventilation, only venta, smell of mold.Merit means that the location in terms of proximity to the fishermen's market is very convenient, and also that the space around the rooms is well maintained.There may be more expensive rooms where the experience is different

great villaadvantage:1. The location is very good, very close to restaurants, night markets, and delicious bakeries.2. The service is very good, the housekeepers and cleaning staff have good attitudes, and any problems are solved in a timely manner.3.The villa is a typical Lanna building, very charmingDisadvantages: There are many mosquitoes, so you need some mosquito repellent.

This place is an absolute hidden paradise i would give 6 stars if possible mim is a wonderful lady and nothing is to much trouble she hired a moped and took us to the airport the apartment was massive with a great outdoor area and the grounds are fantastic and lovely pool and i have been to many places around the world i the price is well below half what it should be i would be happy to pay 3 times what we did its in a great location and quiet i will return ! Fabulous T
