The room itself is fine just to shower and sleep there for 3 days but there was no ac, at least in the room we stayed. The water pressure was nonexistent and the bathroom sink was very rusty and a bit nasty. The lady at the reception also acted a bit mean and annoyed when we arrived, as if she wasnât the one to accept our bookingðOverall, if you want a cheap place to sleep and shower itâs perfect but there are some things that could be fixed.

You know what, based off the reviews Iâve read this place isnât that bad. For 400 baht (ÂĢ8 a night not bad) between my partner and I how can we complain.Unlike most reviews - our sheets were clean, the walls were fine, toilet a bit mouldy and smelly but not horrendous, a fan and multiple working sockets.The only thing is that the window was missing a window ðð. We happened to be in a storm in 2am and were woken by the rain - fortunately not coming in. Used the curtain as a make shift mosquito net and it worked a treatThe staff didnât say much but got us into the room with ease. Didnât seem rude as stated in the reviews.I had very low expectations for this last minute accom and was pleasantly surprised. It worked for a night, and could work for more if you arenât fussy.We got a place in a lovely resort for 75 baht more a nightâĶ. Soooooo do your best.All in all not that bad but not nice.

A welcome, and totally horrible staff. Everything has to be redone.No hello, no smile, we stayed a week, and all we got was rolling eyes, anger, and black eyes the whole time. We are just a walking wallet. While we sought contact several times, even if it was just a simple hello, or the boss giggled, rolled her eyes.We were very lucky to find ourselves on the 3rd floor, the room was OK.But next time, we will take a slightly more expensive hotel, to feel comfortable and confident. Flee, and please stop this charade.

Terrible!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I made sure I booked a room with air conditioning in advance. (It was listed with the room's accessories and could be seen in the pictures). I arrive there and am greeted with a nasty look. Go into the room. See a fan. But no working air conditioning.Of course I let you know straight away and asked if there was an error.But I didn't get any help unless I paid almost twice as much.In the end, it didn't do anything for me except that I was watched with an evil eye every day.Oh and you also have to make do with just one towel for the entire stay and they don't like giving you toilet paper either.

I would give zero stars!! We had booked a room with air conditioning, but got one without. After a long discussion, we were finally satisfied with the room and wanted to give it another chance even though the room was in the worst condition (mold, no cleaning, run down). The staff stared at us angrily throughout our stay, didn't say hello to us and when we asked for toilet roll for the second time in two days we were told off that we had only asked yesterday. It wasn't until we explained to them that I had food poisoning that they finally gave us one. Disgraceful!! One night later we left early. You really don't have to give yourself something like that!

If it weren't for the cat that came and joined us in our room over three days and helped us with a music video we'd have given 1 star.. :') didn't experience the most friendly staff, and rooms were basic with mould ..so not much to stay for other than the kittycat. Very cheap though and you're on a Thai island at the end of the day so can't complain! The weed shop and pharmacy next door is also great (Salmon is another fine cat worth visiting)

For the price you can't complain, small, cute room, two fans, very clean and warm water. You can also refill your water bottle for free at reception and the staff are real angels, so if you're looking for cheap accommodation in Koh Tao I can only recommend it

A room from a horror movie.The walls are full of dirt, hand stains, last time they paint it, Jesus was alive, mould everywhere, black spider webs full of dust from ages ago, only one power outlet, so you charge your phone, or you turn on the fan.No a/c, no soap, no toilet paper, and of course no hot water.Cheapest place on the island, if you donât mind staying in this horrible room, but for a few more bahts you can have something waaay better than this.

This place is HORRIBLE.And that's coming from a seasoned traveler who has seen a lot ð
. I have stayed in my fair share of budget accommodation, but this was just dangerous. The walls are covered in black mold and water damage. The facilities are not in good shape and even dangerous to use. The sheets were dirty. I checked in and checked out 2 hours later....Also, the lady running it does not care ad all. She wouldn't give a refund or address the problem. Was not apologetic ad all.. did not seem to understand that there was a problem with the state of the room.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

To review ! homestay super well located 4 minutes walk from the port and on the quiet side of the island but for the rest it's a disaster.I am a student and so is my boyfriend, so we do not have the means to change accommodation when discovering the places.the room is moldy (walls and ceilings), poorly ventilated (musty smell, bathing suits do not dry at night), no furniture (no box spring just two mattresses stacked on the floor, no mental door, no chair, not even a semblance of furniture to put the bag on), 1 socket out of the 3 that works, and then comes the worst: water. Itâs a problem on the island so you have to be careful but still! no water the first two days so after the sea it's not very cool, it worked on the 3rd day and on the 4th the water was accompanied by dirt, concept of taking a shower to review! toilet leak comparable to the famous Geneva water jet. obviously we asked every day for each of these problems, to find a solution or to change rooms but the host service is ridiculous and non-existentâĶ disappointing

I was in Asia for 5 months, traveled and tried many cheap accommodations, but never like this one!!!Mold and humidity in the room. Bed not comfortable. And the first two days water came in fits and starts.I recommend it only if you are ready to compromise to pay little.Non-existent customer service on Booking on their side.

DISGUSTING! We booked a room with air conditioning and received one with a fan, apparently it is not included in the price. After the discussion, we got a room with air conditioning, but it didn't work. The service is incredibly bad and the owner has just looked at us sulking since the discussion. The room is very run down. When I arrived I first had to clean the toilet. The curtains don't actually do anything because the light comes through completely. You are woken up by a cloaca smell. The blanket is a bit small for 2 people. Not recommendable!!!!

The price of the accommodation is very good value, suitable for people who are on a budget like us. Inside the accommodation is very clean and very nice to live in. There is a view around the accommodation, the service is very good and it is next to the pool. The atmosphere is the best and there is food to eat as well.
