I literally have trauma from staying here. The smell of constant sewage in the room and the bathroom had me getting sick for four days straight. My appetite has still not come back. It is nothing like the pictures at all. The reception lady does not speak English which is completely fine but she does not even look at you or say hello. I had to buy air fresher and it would not cover the smell as it was so strong. I have attached photos of what it was meant to look like vs what it actually was like.

Hotel close to all services, a little dated but good value for money, large room with kettle and fridge. Excellent cleanliness, friendliness of the lady at the reception, tranquility.Of course the rooms are not soundproof, so it is up to the good manners of the customers not to make noise, we were lucky in this sense.

Budget hotel with stylish TVIn a place with low costs and rooms with good air conditioning, it's definitely not a five-star place. But the price is great quality for people like me who don't have a good excuse.

The experience here was not good. Definitely won't be coming back. Worst check in experience ever. Also caught the reception lady around the back of the room trying to look through the window but pretending to clean it, while i was coming out of the shower! Lots of problems with check in, being told to pay etc when they actually didn't have the rooms available that we booked in advance, my friends were sent to a different place which was not even a hotel, it was some sort of low quality accommodation. Dont take a chance with your valuable time. (The photo is the view from my room)

We booked this hotel through Booking for 8 days. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Large, bright with a huge bed and floor-to-ceiling windows, and also with a balcony. The bath is also quite large, there was always hot water. What pleasantly surprised me was that they cleaned, changed towels and bed linen every day!!! We traveled a lot, but nowhere did we change the bed sheets every day for such little money. 5 minutes walk to the sea!!!Nearby is the Ton Tan cafe with the most delicious Tom Yam, and in principle it’s not expensive and tasty.P.S.:Within 8 days I planned to find something even better and move. But having visited many hotels in Lamai, we extended our stay here for another 10 days. The price-quality ratio was better than anywhere else! For the same money, the room is usually much smaller and worse ((I can confidently recommend this place!

Were forced to stay here in Koh Samui longer than we expected due to did poisoning from bad street food in Koh Phi Phi. It was nice hotel with good AC. Bathroom smelt bad from drains.
