Price performance is incredible. I can only recommend it. The room is big, clean and really nice. You feel good.Air conditioning is very modern. WiFi was also great. The breakfast was super tasty, lots of choice and a salad buffet.

Great location, but scooter is a must! Room clean, no insects. Overall, very nice service (overslept and was woken up at 12:15 by a careful knock). A rudimentary breakfast is included. Views of the sea from several rooms!

Used on recommendation from a friend. Great staff and location.It is better to avoid the nearby rental bike shop. I don't remember the name, but it was the restaurant next door to Kanya Kitchen, and it was the worst memory of my trip to Thailand. The mother seems nice, but the sisters are the worst and only care about ripping off tourists. It's impossible for them to rip you off with their mocking attitude from beginning to end.

We stayed in this property for two nights and had a very good time, the staff were extremely polite and kind. The room was clean and there was everything you needed.A small balcony where you can leave your clothes to dry, refrigerator, hairdryer.From the room we were able to watch one of the most beautiful and evocative sunsets.The breakfast was presented well with everything you needed, all topped off with a smile from the always kind owner.Thank you, we really felt at home.If I can make one note just to be able to improve the room, we would need a bedside table on the other side of the bed where there isn't one, so you can place a bottle of water, the phone because this way it's very inconvenient because you have to get up every time at night and drink or put the remote control down.

Super nice and clean rooms. The facilities leave nothing to be desired and are absolutely unbeatable on the island for the price. The breakfast is also very tasty and the people are really nice.

Beautiful and large rooms at a really cheap price. Excellent breakfasts and really kind service. A bit in a remote location for those who travel on foot, but if you are with a motorcycle it really does not interfere

Excellent accomodation. There is a slight hill to reach here if walking but still worth it as its walking distance to main area but away from all the noise. The owners are so friendly and the rooms were lovely. We had a big spacious room, a good shower with shampoo and conditioner provided, and a nice big balcony to sit out at. The air con was very good too! We got breakfast each morning, which was really tasty with eggs, pancakes, fruit , tea, and coffee! Everything you need to get going for the day. They had a laundry service which was very handy also.

Rooms are a bit old but still: they are cleaned, hosts are very friendly, breakfast buffet is simple, but everything is there to start the day, location is irrelevant if you have a scooter, but nothing for people who don't like climbing stairs (multi-story on the mountain ), unfortunately just below there is a generator, machine, whatever..., the thing is constantly running, so disturbed peace, so to speak...

I highly recommend this human-sized hotel! The owners and all the staff members are adorable and caring. The rooms are large, clean, air-conditioned, with a nice view! The breakfast included in the room is also very good! I will come back with great pleasure!

Excellent place to stay, lovely and helpful people, best breakfast we’ve had so far travelling SE Asia, lovely spacious rooms and close to Sairee beach with lots of restaurants.If you’re staying - Avoid hiring a motorbike from Nawea guesthouse next door, he is a con artist and will overcharge you for rentals / try to assault you and threaten you with the police, I had the unfortunate pleasure of this so hire elsewhere as he is a con artist.
