Galit was very kind and attentive to all of our needs during our long stay at her beautiful resort.The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of all things on the island, but, you must have a car or a vehicle to really enjoy getting to all places.We truly recommend staying at the Zohan Resort :)Enjoy

1. The driveway is filled with potholes and mud, accessibility was extremely poor, even for the area.2. The resort is built without any privacy in mind, all balconies directly and clearly overlook each other, the pool and the parking lot. Not what you see in the pictures.Can hear all your neighbours conversations throughout all hours of the day.3. Shower temperature fluctuates so much it’s sometimes impossible to use.4. Almost as overpriced as HP printer refills. Value for money VERY low compared to other options in the area.5. Glalit, the owner will promise a lot but deliver very little, except for in verbal diarrhoea which seems to be in endless supply. Infuriating and sometimes frightening to engage with.Recommend to stay away until owner changes!Good luck to all travellers!Kah

Don't you dare go near this complex called a "resort". I have lived in Thailand for over two years with my husband and three babies and from my experience here your stay will be ruined. Let's start with the fact that there are no things like air conditioning in the rooms, which hardly work at all from the heat in Thailand, which is the most important thing! They don't even have water to offer far from everything! Horrible cleanliness, stains on the sheets and cobwebs everywhere. How many times have I cooked and got stuck without water. It is important to note that the door of the house we received was broken and we could not lock it. We asked for help and there was simply no answer and we were left with a glass door that could fall at any moment... As for the ceramics in the bathroom, the dangerous thing is that they simply protrude from the walls. They crashed to the floor and broke and the response is that it's normal!! And in addition, and most importantly, my Ott dough that no one did, my deposit money, which they promised to return to me, was not returned!!! I never write reviews, but in this nightmare I had to share! Don't come close!!

We've stayed at numerous hotels and resorts in Thailand, and our experience at Zohan Resort was disappointing. There's a lot of room for improvementPros:- Jack, the manager, was attentive and addressed missing items.Galit, the owner, helped us move to another room.- The room was relatively large with a big wardrobe.- The kitchen had a new refrigerator.- Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.Coins:- Sinks didn't drain properly.- Poorly lit and damaged path to the resort.- No renovations since it opened; even the puddles are the same.- Room was infested with ants.- Construction noise from a nearby site.The place seemed poorly maintained, with rooms not matching the pictures online. We had to request basic items, and some were dirty or broken.On my opinion, Zohan Resort operates on minimalist principles. Despite some positives, I wouldn't recommend this resort.

UPDATE: Because the owner, just like in real life, can't handle criticism. I'm not French, as you can see, I write in German and have a lot of reviews and don't have a fake profile here. I am a traveler who has seen a lot.It describes the truth and I was a guest there in 2023 in the high season where the prices were 90K. Funny that all the FB posts in the Koh Phangan groups have been deleted by you and can no longer be booked on Booking Com so that I can show the prices.🤷♂️These are not villas, they are bungalows that cost 90k THB but are only worth a maximum of 25k THB.The owner is totally unfriendly and has no respect for guests.

Very good service, very spacious rooms, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel is quiet and the staff very pleasant. We were upgraded at no extra cost.Access to the hotel is a little complicated but the area is very quiet.So I recommend this place.

Do not book here !!! Last minute they will mention on booking that your card info isnt correct because they made a mistake in the price and it’s “missing a digit” !!!! Instead of canceling it. So that way they’ll still get the money and you find yourself with no place to stay !!! It’s a scam and unacceptable!

I recently stayed here for a couple of days and had a fantastic experience! The receptionist at this resort is truly exceptional, providing top-notch service with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for their outstanding customer service. :)

!!! EXTREME NOISE !!!I booked a 2-bedroom house at Zohan Resort from mid-December, paid a deposit back in November to avoid the high season prices. Everything seemed cool when we arrived, but then the construction noise hit us like a truck the next morning.Drilling, sawing, the works – right next to our head. All day. Every day. The house fundamentally failed to provide the basic peace and comfort expected of a 80k holiday rental. Turns out, the owner, knew about this the whole time but didn’t say a word!We tried to hang in there, using earplugs, spending days out, but it just got unbearable. When the noise forced us to leave, the owner refused to take any accountability and keept the money.But the scam didn't stop there. When I came back the next day, I discovered that she already re-rented the house to new guests for 6000 THB per night. So she not just not refund the remaining part of the rent (20,323 THB) to me, but now she is making money 2x! I spoke with the new guests and they paid 54,000 THB for the nights that I already paid for once.I posted about this in a Facebook group and after number of people responded with similiar experiences, the case has been reported to the POLICE.!!! Don’t support this dishonest owner and don’t book your stay Zohan Resort.

A place without interest and far from everything. Considering the gems that we find on the island, this one is much too expensive for what it is. It does not offer any welcome products, apart from a tiny shampoo and shower gel. No tea or coffee. With a kitchen without equipment. I advise against it from every point of view.They have also been very dishonest. After asking the owner, 4 days before our arrival, if free cancellation was still possible, following a change of program. The latter refused and rushed to charge the card. So we came. The reservation was always confirmed on booking. Once we arrived, the hotel told us that they had canceled the reservation and that the hotel was full. After a long negotiation, we got a room. But left until the next day. The hotel emptied the room of our belongings. Then the owner informed Booking that we had not come. Fortunately we have already reported this and made a complaint to Booking. We are waiting for the problem to be resolved.A hotel and a manager that should not exist.

I am booked 2 nights paying in advance in this establishment..at the end of the first night the owner who did not even want to come and ask me to leave. I refused he asked me for my business senses I was present and thrown out meaning refund...he was very poorly behaved...the establishment does not deserve to be a resort, just a small hotel far from everything..I strongly advise you not to spend a stay there.. .good luck to the dishonest owner for the future....
