The rooms are clean, suitable for the price. The hotel has a swimming pool. The bathroom may not be very new. But if this price is compared to other places, it is considered good. Located next to the mangrove forest There may be a slight smell of mud. But when entering the room It doesn't smell anymore.

It’s all about expectations. The rooms are quiet, so you can sleep well. Beds and rooms are clean. The AC is quiet and works well.The hotel is dated, the pool is not clean as it should. If you booked expecting a modern hotel with a nice pool - you didn’t do your homework properly when booking this place.It’s all about expectation. We came during the full-moon. Everything was booked out and this place was at 60€/night. Expensive by local standards, but cheap knowing everything was booked out and hostel beds were sold at 50€/ night.It’s all relative. To me it’s a 5* compared to hostel beds 👌🏽

You get what you pay for. Nice clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. The quality of the beds varied from room to room. Ask to look at options. A simple breakfast is included. It suits us perfectly. Close to various eateries and the food market. The hotel has really good food at a good price if you can't bear to move. Owner and staff are great and very helpful in every way. Strongly recommended.

I cancelled this hotel the moment I saw it.Such a dump!...surrounded by a swamp filled w garbage floating...how come are some posting positive reviews?...because of swamp mold and rot is present ...pool is in shade all day long...location is at end of town where without scooter you are locked...just run if you can no wonder why they take your money without free cancellation 2 weeks before date...just run

Nice rooms upstairs. Very close to thong sala main market, while situated amongst lots of coconut trees. No internet though my phone on dtac works good. Pool looks clean.

Staff is very friendly.The location of the hotel is also great!Very quiet location.We also liked the pool.Unfortunately the rooms were damp and full of mold. The bathroom had no windows and no exhaust so it was full of mold. The air conditioning completely leaked into the room…The bed linen was completely damp when we arrived and the same on the following days.Since the room was completely damp every day, our clothes unfortunately also became completely damp and musty…(You can easily recognize it by the cap)Unfortunately, the entire property is completely run down.

Very beautiful place, with big space where you can breathe in calm. Thank you very much for the Owners and the Staff. One of the most cozy and comfortable placeses on island I ever seen. Love that place.

Smelly, musty, putrid room The air conditioner has never been cleaned. I can't breathe. I have to turn off the air conditioner to sleep with the price of almost a thousand baht without breakfast.

It’s better not to even poke your nose into this hole! I have never seen such creepy rooms even in the most drunken hostels. All mattresses and pillows are wet, there is no ventilation in the rooms at all, even in the bathroom! There is a small window that can be opened, but it looks into the fence and there is no air movement at all. In the supposed “closet for things” there is mold, in fact, as well as on the ceiling and in the corners in the bathroom, and even on the shower head there is black mold, that is, it is simply unsafe to breathe here and generally touch anything! The rooms look like a monk's cell: a bed, a table, one outlet at the opposite end of the room for everything.

+ the location is nice, its close to the night market+ Pool area is nice+ 24h reception with minimart- The room was in a very bad condition. Bathroom under water cause of leaking, so it smells bad every day.- everything should be renovated, everywhere there is mold- no restaurant

The room on the ground floor was horrific! Mold everywhere, bad smell, damp. Every time we came back to the room and turned the lights on there where BIG spiders in the room. We asked to change room but they said it was fully booked? So we had to sleep in the mouldy room, with the lights on so the spiders would stay away. Got a new two floors up the next morning, which was better. Couldn’t save the horrific experience the first night though.

Very fast check-in, at the beginning the room had a nice smell, the housekeeping were in the room 1 min before. We had a tour so we left the bags quickly and when we came back few hours later, the smell of dump and humidity was so strong, room and bathroom were full of mold. We asked if they could change the room but due to hotel being full it was not possible. We told the owner to come and see the mold and smell the room, he took a spray and came with us, used the spray, laughed and left... The air was unbreathable, we had to keep the AC on the whole night to not feel the smell of humidity. I am not sure if I will come back to this town but one thing is sure.. I will not come back to this place.

The property is very centrally located in Tongsala and there is a protected parking space.The room is okay in size, there is a TV, the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The staff was very attentive and always gave us new water, towels etc.However, the bathroom didn't seem that clean, water constantly ran out when showering, so the bath mat was always completely soaked. The WiFi only worked when you stood at the door. The price was too high for the quality.

Right it town. Gave 5 stars because it's great value. It's not trendy nor boutique. Its an older and somewhat shabby hotel needing cosmetic upgrade, but everything worked, aorcon, TV, wifi, hot water. Cheap price, service was fine
