This is an amazing place to stay at in Lamai. The rooms are the perfect size and cleaned daily. They also have AC, electric kettle and balcony so you can enjoy your stay. It is few minutes from the beach and there are good places for food nearby. The best is the service! We felt at home every time we were coming back. They were treating us like family and always got back a nice smile. Thank you everyone for making our stay unforgettable ❤️!

Biggest downside is the air conditioning unit doesn’t work properly. At first we kept it at 21-22°C, which is pretty typical for air conditioning, right? But apparently it must be kept at no lower than 25°C (which we were not informed of) so it dripped into a giant puddle onto the ground. Kind of a relaxing waterfall sound to sleep to I guess?That alone would be fine but there were also mosquitoes galore. We were told when they clean the rooms they open all the windows to air out the rooms. I guess that makes sense but now there’s 10 mosquitoes in the room. And even that would be fine but there are no mosquito nets (which is a poor decision because the whole hotel has outdoor hallways). I’d rather just have mosquitoes nets then get eaten alive while we sleep.Lastly the rooms are outdated, not very clean, and almost every light source is harsh and fluorescent.All in all the owner is very friendly, the cats in the lobby are cute, the location is OK, but I’d never willingly stay here again. Reviews are swayed because the owner is nice but you’re better off staying elsewhere.

The staff at this place are amazing, everyone is kind and warm, specially Nong at the front desk, you'll feel like you're being welcomed home every time you come back through the lobby. There are 2 beautiful cats at the property and the rooms are very clean and they offer daily room cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location is great, quiet at night but close to the main avenue and lively bars.

Hotel very well located and very quiet.But what can we say about the people at reception! Superb people. They arranged everything for us and greatly helped us on our journey. Thank you so much.And also there were lots of cats.

The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful!We were helped with everything, be it renting a motorbike or transport to the next island (all of which can be done through the accommodation).The rooms were clean. The only thing I would complain about would be the water pressure in the shower, which was barely there and there were a few small gaps in the window frame, which we then glued up to avoid insects in the room. We would definitely come again!
