We stayed only for one day here but we really enjoyed the experience. It is indeed what is called - an eco hotel, rooms have a rustic and beautiful design, you can see that there’s a really a lot of attention in details to remain sustainable. We were really surprised to find a whole set for pour over coffee, with fresh beans and hand mill included, I don’t remember seeing it anywhere else. We had a convenient transfer from airport organized and overall staff was very nice and helpful, managed to get a ferry tickets for us in the very last minute. It is located right on the beach and when the water is too shallow there’s also a pool with a pool bar to enjoy the day under sun. We tried the restaurant for dinner: food was very freshly prepared but a bit blunt in taste. Breakfast buffet was quite alright too with some local delicacies included. Location is a bit remote from everywhere but there are free bicycles on offer if you feel like it exploring surrounding areas. The only thing which was quite average was a massage offered there: it’s a bit pricier since it’s a hotel and convenient but quality wise you can definitely find a better one around. Overall we would recommend this hotel and be happy to come back one day

Very good place to stay. Stayed here for two nights. The price including breakfast is worth it. It's next to the sea, has a swimming pool, and is not too crowded. Welcome drink with cool roselle juice. and a cool, fragrant towel The employee carried the bag down for me. Laundry service is available. (I didn't ask about the price.) Deducted one star because the air conditioner in my friend's room wasn't cool around 10:00 p.m. on the second night of our stay, but the accommodation staff asked me to change the bedroom, which is OK. Overall, it's good. yes (The food at the cafe is expensive but delicious.)

What an unforgettable experience! The Mud in Koh Samui is easily one of the best dining spots I visited during my trip to Thailand. From the moment we arrived, the team at The Mud stood out with their warmth and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure our large group of 19, a mix of adults and children, was well taken care of. The service was seamless, with every detail attended to effortlessly. And the food? Absolutely five-star. Each dish was a perfect blend of high-quality ingredients, rich flavors, and authentic Thai essence. To top it all off, the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering fantastic value for such an exceptional dining experience. A big thank you to the entire team at The Mud for accommodating us with such grace every time we visited.

Great quiet hotel. Very nice bungalows, nicely furnished and some in the first row with a view of the sea. Very friendly and courteous staff. Super delicious breakfast and great restaurant with delicious food. However, you need a wheeled vehicle as it is a little out of the way. But no problem with a scooter.Swimming in the sea is rather difficult as the tide is often low and therefore the water is far away. But it didn't bother us that there was a beautiful pool with a view of the sea. And the sunsets there are fantastic.
