The room floor is not clean. There are sand particles on the floor. In the closet there were still towels from the previous guests hanging. If you don't drink water, you have to pay.

The receptionist is not friendly. It's like asking to sleep for free.After paying, hand over the card. Then sit and continue working on documents. Until I had to ask which way the room went. I mean, do you want me to go find it myself or not?Entering the room, the bathroom was very smelly. The housekeeper didn't change the pillow case. The sheets are dirty.

Please allow me to write a review. Normally, every time I come to Surat Thani, I always come to stay here. Because it's convenient. Clean room, ok service. But the last time, I really couldn't take it. Next to the room were several teenagers boiling kratom water. Plus it makes loud noises so I can't sleep. Open the door to enter and exit. Talking very loudly (I've already called the lobby.) Please take care of me. But will definitely come back to stay again. Thank you.

The room has a musty smell. When I opened it for the first time, I wanted to move to another school. bed with few pillows The bathroom is not clean, the power plug is too high to be used to charge a phone, not worth the price. The good thing is that it is near the Rajabhat University.

I'll give it 4.5 as far as accommodations range from 3 to 600 baht. It's not expensive to find a place to stay because you just sleep in early and leave. This hotel has conditions similar to the word "hotel". Beautiful, clean and orderly, considered very complete. But one thing that needs to be addressed is the issue of water. The water authorities have already informed that the oil is yellowish in color. But then I went to talk with friends in Surat Thani city. He said that he has to come to terms with being here because the water system is always having problems, meaning that the tap water in Tha Nam Lueang city is not strange because his residence also has yellow water 😅😅😅😅
