Mike and everyone were great. The room was lovely (sea view) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cookie, the cat is very nice, as is everything here. Very good value, location and experience.||I came in COVID times, so it was quite. But everything was great. Without Mikes's help and adivice, I wouldn't have made it to Samui.

Whenever I am passing through, I love to stay in this Hotel because I love the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness, the kindness. These are things that are essential for me to feel welcomed.

We came to the hotel for the chack in, and we saw that there were only one bed insted of 1 big bad and two single bads that was in the agoda website, after we saw there was only one bad we ask to move to another room or to get a refund but the worker in the recption wasnt able to speak english so he calld the owner, when we asked a refund from the owner he starten yelling at us and telling us we not gonna get a refund, when we were saying its not ok and that we will call agoda, he end the conversation, few minuts later he came to the hotel and started telling us we need to leave and if not he would hurt us and that he dont care about the refund, i am travling for 6 months all ready and this by far the most horrific Hotel owner i have mat, i looked at the comments and saw there was a lot of people complaining about him so i am not that suprised, do your self a faver and dont stay in this hotel

The rooms are tidy, the airport is close, and the hotel even offers shuttle service for 300 baht.The beach is clean and not very busy. There is plenty of food nearby. There is nothing in the Shore except a fridge with drinks

The room is clean, safe, tightly locked in front of the room, bathroom, and balcony.Worth the price, we book the cheapest price.Because we stayed only one night, we woke up early to go on the trip at 7 a.m.and I inform you in advanceI returned the key in the morning.Next to the sea, you can play in the sea. There is a table to sit in front.Cheap price, street viewExpensive, sea view, swimming poolThere is no public swimming pool. Recommend booking a high price Private has a swimming pool if you like playing in the water.

The room is very basic, AC was good, it's okay for one night transit since it's near the pier and airport.The dude in charge was friendly at check-in, and then strangely rude at checkout, I was simply trying to arrange an airport taxi which I did inform beforehand and have 30 mins late checkout if possible, which is a normal request. He became extremely rude and kinda irritated by my presence, maybe it's the hot weather or I don't know.I was confused at first, maybe I did something really wrong, l but then I saw the replies in the negative reviews here and I knew that something is wrong with the owner. He's either stressed out or troubled or something, surely not fit for the hospitality industry.

Affordable rooms If compared to other places in Koh Samui, clean, complete with facilities, there is WiFi to use, water heater, internet TV, good service, smiling staff, intent on service, next to the beach, there are rooms in reviews. The beach is walkable. Kayaks are available free of charge. There are drinks for sale. The owner of the resort is very cute. Highly recommend the service here. Good for all nationalities

Cheap accommodation with direct access to the beach (Bangrak Beach). We had a room with a balcony and sea view! Simply furnished room, but everything you need. The cleanliness left something to be desired, e.g. ants in the bathroom and insects pupating in the beach towel as soon as we moved into the room. Unpleasant smell, probably insect spray or cleaning products. Service & staff very friendly, private, paid shuttle service available. Fine for one night. Location good and central, shopping and dining options within walking distance. Fishermans Village & airport also quickly accessible.
